The sandwiches here were really quite good but not outstanding. Place is pretty new and they’re keeping it clean. We were greeted promptly and placed our order. The young lady didn’t seem to have too much patience for our questions even though we were the only ones in line. I think our questions were legit but it seemed like we were inconveniencing her by asking. Our orders seemed to take longer than they shook have but they did bring it right to us. Prices were ridiculously high, especially considering they were on the Idaho side of the state line! Jersey Mike’s will remain our go to.

11.21.25: First time in at this location and was immediately greeted as we came through the door. Restaurant was brightly lit and clean and pretty busy with a lunch crowd. I had two goals for this visit: 1) to try the impossible cheese steak (plant-based), and 2) to see if I notice the adding of more meat to all their cheese steaks as their new campaign claims.
I ordered a medium impossible cheese steak with onions, mushrooms, and both hot and sweet peppers. My cheese steak came out hot and toasty and I’m happy to report there was noticeably more meat on my sandwich than in the past. Meat kept falling out as I bit into it! As for the impossible part and it being plant-based, it was actually pretty decent and flavorful. I normally don’t eat plant-based meat due to the over use of sodium to flavor, but this was pretty close to an actual cheese steak. There were plenty of mushrooms, onions, and peppers and enough melty cheese to leave me walking away full and satisfied.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and our take-out order was ready 10 minutes earlier than expected. 5 stars for the service!
I ordered the Capastrami Fries with extra Pastrami to eat while driving. There is no way I could eat and drive. The Pastrami (great flavor and plenty for me) slices stacked 1″ thick and ‘glued’ together with melted cheese could not be separated (see photo) to get a bite of fries, meat, cheese, coleslaw, and dressing together. I had to use my pocket knife to cut up the meat… I ate it first then i had fries.
My wife got a mini cheesesteak sandwich. It was too salty for her and lacking mushrooms.
Offering constructive feedback, please chop up the Pastrami.

Man, these guys killed it! I haven’t been to Capriottis in years and I was not disappointed! We ordered a Capastrami, a Chicken Chipotle Crunch and of course a Bobby. I had the Capastrami and added some additional condiments (mayo, hot and sweet peppers, grilled onions, olives, and red wine vinegar) and this was the best damn sandwich I have ever had. My girl had the Chipotle Crunch and that thing was killer too! (Though I still prefer the Capastrami).
We also split a small Bobby, she had never tried it and I had small craving for it, she was surprised at how good it was, I knew of course how good it is (you can usually trust a fat guy when it comes to food).
The staff and atmosphere were awesome, friendly and willing to accommodate my many additional requests for my sandwiches. 10/10 would eat again and I highly recommend getting the Capastrami and adding the stuff I added, it’s amazing!

Tried this restaurant for the first time. Staff are great, willing to help if you ask. I tried a sandwich, I think it was called a Bob. Not very much turkey, and it was way over loaded with dressing. There’s maybe a half of a teaspoon of cranberry sauce. I found the sandwich dry, not very flavorful. I had to add my own mayonnaise and more cranberry sauce to get it down. I’m not a french fry person, but I found them to taste pretty good.

One of, if not THE best sandwich I’ve ever had. Fast service, cool atmosphere, and very respectful staff! Bread to meat ratio was on point and the fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned! Check these guys out.

Honestly the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had, loaded with meat. Not sure how this place only has a 4 star average. The food has always been phenomenal. My father loves the Thanksgiving themed sub.

Ordered for pick up using their website. The website itself was a pain to use and kept saying I was temporarily blocked. That should have been my sign to not order, but we wanted to try this new place. Food was done in about 15-20 minutes. Pick up was just fine.
The food was maybe a 2/10. We ordered 2 sandwiches, a bowl of soup, and a kids grilled cheese. The only item we would go back to get is the grilled cheese and it wasn’t anything special. Both sandwiches were ok, but very bland. This is the soup we got for $5.50. After tasting it we were happy we only got half a container.
Luckily, we had a coupon so we did not pay for part of this order. If you don’t have their free sub coupon I would suggest going to any other sandwich place in the area. If you don’t like flavor you’d probably love this place.

I asked specifically what came on the sub. The ingredients were not as advertised. The sub came with lettuce and tomatoes. I have a food intolerance to lettuce which leads to unpleasant digestive symptoms. Thus, I had to pick as much lettuce I could off the sub as I could. Also, my sub was smaller in volume compared to my wife’s sub. I was still adversely affected by the lettuce. When I looked the website, the picture clearly showed lettuce and tomatoes, but the sign above the cash register was not as clear.
