Great sandwich. Got the Philly cheese steak and was very pleased. The young man at the counter was very helpful in deciding what I wanted. He even notified me of a sister location in my area since I’m from out of town. Love the service and the food. My only complaint is they carry Pepsi products but I can’t dock them for that. 100% would return.

Super flavorful and fresh! Atmosphere was welcoming! We ordered the chicken chipotle cheese steak and the cheese steak fry’s. Both items came out hot!
The chicken chipotle cheese steak had a very fresh flavor with a mild spice. Glad we ordered a medium sandwich to split because it was huge!!
Cheese steak fry’s were honestly my favorite dish! They were cut thinly sliced and fried nicely! It was topped with cheese steak that was warm and very hearty!
We will be returning to try more menu items.

Im a sandwich guy. I was way excited but when I got my expensive sandwich the meal was not up to the hype. Don’t get me wrong it was good . But lacked the veggies to meat ratio. The place was nice but seemed to be trying to be something it was not. Im not much of an uppity person and it see.ed like they were trying to hard. Scale down and charge right for the town. I
Next time I will ask for extras on my meal as I know what I want and get at other places. That being said I will be back with an updated review..

Probably the worst sandwich I have ever had. I thought subway was bad..Got the classic turkey. My wife and I both agreed the taste was a little off. The seasoning on the tomatoes was good. I’m guessing some type of Italian seasoning but once you got to the turkey it was like it was from a can. Tasted almost like canned tuna. We were not fans of it.
Other downside to this restaurant which they did resolve was that they overcharged us. They did catch it right away and refunded us for what they overcharged. Staff were super friendly. I have multiple people telling me how they loved it but now they do not.

Came for lunch with my daughter. The person that took our order explained things and was very helpful. Very clean restaurant.
We ordered the Cheesesteak fries with out peppers and the Chicken Chipotle cheesesteak.
The cheesesteak fries are fresh cut potatoes, sliced very thin and fried. The steak, mushrooms and onions were cooked perfectly. This also has some white cheese on it as well. WOW! We absolutely love this entree. The fries are light, and combined with the steak and veg it tasted buttery and hearty and homey. Very filling.
The chicken Chipotle cheesesteak was good as well. Light smoked flavor, not super spiced at all. It is a yummy warm sandwich.
Overall, we will be back ! We went to try other items on the menu. Thank you for a delicious lunch.

We went to Capriotti’s for lunch on a Friday and had a pleasant experience. We ordered the large cheesesteak BLT. We got all the fixings including hot and sweet peppers. We were really looking forward to those peppers. The sandwich arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was a lot bigger than we expected. We split the sandwich between the 2 of us. It was a plenty big of a sandwich for two people. It could honestly feed 3 adults. The sandwich however came without the peppers which was disappointing, but overall a very good sandwich. The fries were also very good and a decent amount for a medium order of fries. I would go and try other sandwiches from Capriotti’s but make sure the all the fixings were added in.

We’ve eaten at some of their other locations, so we stopped to check this one out. It is smaller but the food is just as good. We had the Classic American Cheese Steak and the turkey sandwiches. My husband had the coleslaw with his sandwich. The staff was very nice. The store was very clean. We went before noon. The sandwiches were really good. We will definitely be back.

The food is absolutely amazing! I have had 4 or so different sandwiches from here and everyone has been amazing! The last time we came in, the owner, Ruff, was taking time to train a new employee and he was doing with great patience and made sure to be thorough with how to operate the check register. I will be coming here more and more frequently! Thank you Ruff!

High quality sandwiches; wagyu beef for their cheesesteaks and French dips. Super delicious. Always friendly service and the ambient lighting is nice. Most restaurants use cheap fluorescent lighting which is rough on the eyes. The only thing they could do better is offer wheat bread. Currently only serves white bread.
