I actually love this Thanksgiving sandwich and I believe they call it the Bobby!!!
It was the first time I had it and I’m definitely gonna go back and get another before they take it off the menu. I understand it’s a holiday thing.

I will say because of the turkey and the dressing, I think they call it stuffing…. It tends to be a little dry. But don’t worry the flavor is still there. I actually happen to like their dressing because it’s savory, and I always ask them for extra cranberry in that usually helps offset the dryness.

I definitely suggest you go try this one out

I ordered 4 medium sandwiches. 3 out of the 4 I guess they were delicious. Mine was the 4th, it was the American Wagyu Cheese Steak. I didn’t see any cheese, it didn’t have no peppers whatsoever and so dry I had to put mayo on it. Mayo does not belong on cheese steak. For the price I paid for 4 sandwiches 75.00, all 4 should have been amazing.

This was my first visit here. I ordered the 10″ Cheesesteak BLT and it was more than I expected. First, It had to be bigger than 10″ which is a plus and second, the taste was amazing. Additionally, the large fries come in a medium fountain drink cup. Now that’s what I call large fries. Good job Capriotti team.

This place is horrible! The wait times are insane. I got a text that my order was ready for pick up, but when we got there, they had no idea what we were talking about until we showed them our order. THEN they made it. On top of that, please see the attached photo of a BONE in my sandwich. Thank goodness I spotted it before I actually bit into it! This place should be really disappointed with themselves. The Capriotti’s down south off Creekwalk is way better.

Went to 2 different location to get the Famous sandwich on fries option. We ended up at the Powers and Barns location. Completely a bad decision. We waited for 30min before asking if our food was to come out soon, with a reply of yes we are just waiting on the fries. Our fries were potato chips crisp. When I asked the dreaded fellow was this how it was supposed to be. His reply was a blank stair and a shrug of the shoulder saying I’ve never seen them like that, yet you still served them to the customer. Natalie also didn’t see anything wrong with what was served with no sense of urgency in its delivery to the table. We have all the time on the world to socialize, grab a drink and sing a few songs. I feel that, that energy should be put more into the customer service aspect of doing your job.

We came in and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before someone asked if we would like to order. After ordering the girl cashiering asked if we would like our change…… When our order was ready 20 minutes later we took our order to go, only to realize when we got home our fries were missing half of the toppings.

Regularly spend almost $30 to deliver one sandwich because the foods great, but the order is messed up almost every time.

My bag was left outside next m to bird poop when you can just walk into the facility. The mayo is all over the Sandwich and the foods sliding out of the bread. I asked for extra mayo packets not extra in it. I ended up throwing it out it was just all over the place and I had to reconstruct it while eating it. Quality should come with the costs.

Squishy bread. Legendary coleslaw. Caprastrami that makes you pause mid-bite and reconsider all other sandwiches. Capriotti’s stays undefeated.

Huge shoutout to Sarah and the team today — despite a huge order ahead of us, they kept things moving and kept the sandwiches flawless. Same taste, same quality, zero shortcuts.

Bonus points for the dope staff shirts — and even more points for the equally dope staff wearing them. This place continues to set the bar for what a sandwich shop should be.

Clean you restaurant… Seriously it starts with the entrance way being very dirty and continues throughout the inside. Also confusing entrance with second door facing east. More importantly when having my order taken and you pad working poorly so that it is obvious I’m tapping no tip, maybe being friendly versus dry and short. Last but most disappointing is my favorite sandwich is half the size (girth, not length) it was before at the same price. So basically I paid double for my sandwich at $24 w/ tax. The Bobbie at this dirty location is more of a Robert or Rob… I’m now interested in visiting the South Nevada location to see if it’s the same there as well. Even if it is at least that clean and are very friendly at that location. Review your locations leadership!

I recently visited Capriotti’s for the first time and gave it a 4-star review, primarily for their excellent service. The staff was hard at work, despite the place being pretty empty, and they were friendly, which made the experience enjoyable.

However, the food quality and prices left something to be desired. The starry soda wasn’t very good, and the fries were quite salty. I was a bit disappointed with the cheesesteak fries because there wasn’t much cheesesteak on them; it felt more like regular fries.

On the positive side, the turkey sandwich was better than what you’d find at Subway, and they used real slow-roasted turkey. However, it lacked flavor and was a bit dry, so it didn’t quite match up to the taste you get at places like Jersey Mike’s. I would not order it again.

The prices at Capriotti’s were on the high side, which made me think twice about returning. All in all, the service was great, but the food quality and prices could use some improvement.
