I don’t even know where to start with this place. The girl that took our order wearing a tank top that was 3 sizes too small and showing her belly sticking out. Dirty sweat pants and looking like she just woke up. Probably not a company issued uniform. It is 17⁰ outside and not much warmer inside. We felt like we were sitting on an ice rink, freezing cold in there. Food, was not very good. Decent amount but lacking on flavor and good taste. The salad was really good but overall, not worth it.

There was no line and no wait when I arrived close to 11am. The prices did catch me off guard and I was thinking it would be a one and done experience. After trying The Hot Bobbie (10″), I’m a fan for now. I will be back to try others.
To note…there is limited seating and I noticed most orders were to go. The drink machine was needing service and the staff was focused behind the counter and not on other tasks out front. With a little attention it would be more inviting.
It won’t be a go to spot on a regular basis, but I’ll be back. Give it a try!

I Try my best not to leave reviews with 1 star. But the service here is so bad. Been here 2x now. First time I was there I Saw an employee sitting on what looked like the expo counter where peoples food are made. (Yo I’m fixing to eat what you’re sitting on.) I also got a wild stare when I simply asked for where an order was located. Sorry I guess I won’t be back. Tonight I figured I’d try again. I entered. Wasn’t busy. Nobody addressed me and it seemed like nobody on that crew wanted to be there. Feel sorry for the franchise owner. Hope your business gets back on track.

Sandwiches are huge worth the price and flavorful….. as long as the order is correct. That being said we ordered three different sandwiches one was not right at all we ordered the cole with onions. We got a plain turkey sandwich with no cheese it was to long of a drive, for taking back we delt with it. All reviews are based on service if service is not there, it ruins the experience.

The food is always good. Staff can be hit or miss. Most recently got a Gen Z stare at the register when placing my order by a guy I’d not seen before. They seem to have a recurring issue with the drink fountain. Out of flavors, watered down flavors, and apparently a leak issue. The solution to the leak tonight was throw down a bunch of rags and a slippery floor sign. I went in while it was slow, perfect time to have gotten a mop and bucket but several staff were content standing around instead. Suggest biting the bullet and get a new fountain and expect more from new staff regarding maintaining the store. This isn’t a good look.

Great experience at Capriotti’s! The food was excellent, portions were solid, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and genuinely seemed like they were enjoying themselves, which made the atmosphere even better. Will definitely be back.

Great Capastrami. I got the smallest size in the mini and added some chips. Was more than ample. My wife had a bowl of chicken soup. It was also first rate.

I tried The Bobbie which I wasn’t a fan of. It was a little too different for me, and tasted like leftover thanksgiving on sandwich bread. A friend tried the Chicken Chipotle Crunch and thought it was tasty. The kids grilled cheese is pictured, it was really greasy.

Great food, but there is a glitch with the website when you try to order the 9.99 duo. It does not give the option to select a REQUIRED drink and therefor cannot add to cart. Nobody answeres when I call the store. This issue has been going on for awhile and I just want to order a combo and get the deals I was told I would get when I signed up.
