Yes the food is great, pick any menu item and you’ll be satisfied. I personally love the Waygu club. My review is of the owner Jennifer, I won’t go into too much detail because it’s a lot.. but just know she takes her customer’s experience VERY SERIOUSLY. My food was stolen by DoorDash and after countless attempts of me trying to get a resolution to through DD, Jennifer took time out during rush hour to stay on the line with my and DD until they made it right by me. Felt like I had my mama own the phone . Love the food, but definitely 10/10 for Jennifer and her leadership! THANK YOUUUU!!

The food was hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly. The wait was not terrible considering I was visiting during the lunch hour. I am no sandwich connoisseur by any stretch of the imagination, but the Grilled Italian that I ordered was fresh and delicious. I will definitely visit again sometime.

This was my first visit to Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, and it was a great experience. The manager, Mike, was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about the menu. His customer service was top tier—he clearly cares about his job and making every customer feel welcomed.

My wife tried the Bobbie and loved it. I went with the meatball sandwich, which I also really enjoyed. I’m already looking forward to going back and trying some of Mike’s recommendations.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Don’t eat here unless you have at least 30 minutes to wait. The girl that took my order was friendly, as were the rest of the employees I spoke to. It took 31 minutes to get my cheesesteak, which was missing the hot peppers. The taste went from meh to average once I added the peppers. As many other have said, it’s far too expensive for an average sandwich that takes 30+ minutes to make. Unfortunately, it appears they’re overwhelmed with online orders to feed the walk-ins….something Chipotle had to learn a hard lesson on back in the day. Oh, and something along the wall smells like cat urine, no joke. I thought I was sitting next to a sweet cat lady, but it remained well after she left. Other reviewers have mentioned an odd smell too. Probably won’t be coming back.

Sandwiches were decent. Tried the loaded Philly fries and they were good. Melissa was phenomenal with her customer service. Mike and his team went above and beyond to create a sauce that paired phenomenally with the fries…literally the BEST part of the meal. Thank you for the service!! Keep up the awesome work!

First try. Chose the classic Italian sub and fries. Server was very pleasant and even offered me a free water.
Food came up about 10 minutes later. Sandwich was good but not rave worthy. Ingredients were obviously fresh and was well made, but not bursting with flavor as I was expecting.
Fries, kind of a thin steak fry, were tough and chewy. I’m not sure if that was due to their prep or if they just weren’t very fresh.
I do want to go back and try a cheese steak, but I won’t rush.

Never eaten here and stopped in not knowing what they even had, I was pleasantly surprised.
I got the cheese steak no mushrooms add peppers and it was delicious! The fries were some of the best I’ve had.
There’s limited seating inside so you may want to go on a nice day.

Seriously disappointed. I ordered a classic Italian. Apparently, vinegar is not part of the classic here. No problem. I asked if they had red wine vinegar. I was told yes. I was also told everything that came on it (provolone, LTO, oil, salt, pepper, oregano). I asked for no tomato or salt. It took longer than expected to make. I was the only one there, but no problem, again.

The problem I have is that I see it made and ask what did you put on there, I was told red wine dressing. I asked if they had just red wine vinegar. I was shown the bottle and told, most people mean the dressing. I was clear that I wanted red wine vinegar. She said, you will like this better. I do not. It was sweet and, well, not vinegar.

Additionally, there was a pound of oregano on there. Maybe they get a bonus for using so much spice that you can’t even see the mountain of lettuce. Worst of all, once I get it home, I realize that there was no cheese on my sandwich.

The issue I can’t say with one-hundred percent certainty, but I believe that the cashier who took my cash had the same gloves on while she made my sandwich. I could be wrong as I did not watch like a hawk. Just a warning for the next customer to watch, just in case. In fairness, she may have changed gloves while I was reading the menu.

The only positive I can say, which is that reason for 2 stars is that she was friendly. Additionally, the bread was decent and there was a fair amount of meat on the sandwich. Unfortunately, that is not enough to go back. Next time I will fight the traffic to get to Jersey Mike’s.

Very expensive.2 med. sandwiches 1 small., 2 drinks $55. Italian sub not great. Meatball good, French dip great. Very busy. Many other sandwiches available we didn’t try.
Fries are different, very thin. When hot they’re good but room temp they are not

First time eating here and I’m sorry to say it wasn’t a good experience. It took 25 minutes to wait on our 2 10in subs. I found 2 small bones in my sub. I believe it came from the turkey but not sure because they were the same color as the bacon. I purchased the turkey club. Lastly, there was so much lettuce the preparer couldn’t close the sandwich so when he wrapped it, everything fell out. I had to put everything back in the bed when I opened it.
