Let me start out by saying, I love this place but… this visit was terrible. Usually the manager is on site but not today. Capriottis is expensive but I don’t mind because the quality is fantastic. I ordered a large cheese steak and the large pastrami (no coleslaw add mustard) of course it had no mustard and covered in coke slaw. My wife’s sandwich was not correct either. I paid $48 for 2 sandwich, both wrong and even tipped the employees. Not happy at all. They need more employees or a manager always on staff. 2 people for a lunch rush is not enough. The cost of these sandwichs is too high for mistakes of this manner.

We have come here multiple times. Their sandwiches are delicious. I usually get the Philly. Sometimes the balance of meat to bread is off, but the bread is tasty. We didn’t really taste a difference between the Wagyu and regular meat for the Philly.
Food is a little expensive compared to other quick eat places. Indoor seating is limited. There is usually ample parking as it is in a shopping center.

A small Capastrami was giant and delicious! The Tuna sandwich was wonderful! Brian was very kind and made the tuna fish fresh today. and Jillian were so friendly! Very nice folks here! We will be back! Worth the trip!

The food here is amazing. This is a sub shop magically transported from somewhere between the 1950s and 1980s to today. The sandwiches are full of meat (not filler like lettuce), the food quality, including the bread, is top-notch, and the service is excellent.
There is one thing conspicuously missing from the menu: chicken parmesan. You need to have this if you call yourself a sandwich shop. This is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, but I just discovered Capriotti’s last month and I can say that I am already a loyal customer as long as they keep doing what they’re doing.

Best selection of vegetarian sandwiches around! You can get turkey, a Philly, even a chicken Philly! And of course their traditional meat based subs are excellent as well. The French dip is especially delicious, but try a hot bobbi if you haven’t already.

The American French Dip is good. The grilled Italian sandwich is a little spicy, but it was good. The chocolate chip was really good.
Unfortunately, the beverage machines were not working properly at the time that I was there. The iced tea dispenser was water only. They offered a bottle of water at no charge, which was kind, except that I do not drink Aqua Fina water. Maybe next time I return everything will be working order.

Every time I come here there are two people hard at work to make my food. It’s amazing how they can make everything fresh that quickly while still maintaining great customer service. I saw someone today be inconsiderate to one of the workers… but she got her subs for free! Let’s remember to be kind to people who are trying their best! Left a review to shout out the awesome food and service.

Already came back from a messed up order from the last time and today they messed up on not just one sandwich but both sandwiches. Not once have I ever had a Bobbie cold and today I was told that I had to ask for it hott. But she never asked me about it while taking my order. However, she took the time to ask all the customers who walked in the door if they wanted theirs hott or cold. I had also ordered a cheese steak and it didnt come with the bell peppers and everything in it when I said everything is okay and again a customer ordered stuff and took time. I even tipped them well when she took my order. What a shame. Finding another cappriotis as I aint gonna wait for a third time to get it right.

Walked in, young girl fixing sandwiches, older man on the grill. Were both busy working, but I was the only one in line to order. stood there for 5 min and they didn’t even bother to greet me much less take my order. I noticed the soda machine was completely out of order and decided to move on. Workers who very obviously didn’t want to be there and maybe needed more help, probably an absence owner who doesn’t care. don’t waste your time.
