I ordered delivery a reuben sub, thinking I was going to get a nice toasted sub with flavorful meat good tasting slaw and thousand island sauce that would just marry it all together. What I got was a stale bread, flavorless meat of poor quality with coleslaw that just tasted like cabbage…no seasoning, no flavor, just watery tasting. The quality of it makes me think of subway, but atleast you get what you pay for there…Highly do not recommend, would rather go to Jersey Mikes. Capriotti’s, I don’t know what game you playing, but if you want to stay in business, you better up your game or you going to lose your game.

The service from the staff was unbelievable. They were extremely nice from helping while ordering our food to when we picked it up. Even saw that we had stopped and helped an elderly individual who had fallen and remade our order! That’s customer service. The food was good. We tried a little bit of everything, and our favorite was probably the meatball sandwich.

Showed up thinking there was a Subway here, I haven’t been to this location in years. I had never heard of Capriotti’s. I can say I’m very glad it wasn’t a Subway! This place is legit. High quality food, reasonable prices, and great staff. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Great place to grab lunch or dinner! Food is always delicious! We have eaten inside and the restaurant is very clean and well decorated. We have also grabbed subs to go and they went very well with a brew from a local downtown brewery. The original cheesesteak is amazing!
