Well I ordered a small Italian and fries. The sub had a total of 5 pieces of meat. I called in my order, which apparently was ready, but they couldn’t find it. They finally ask what I ordered I told them. They hand me my sub and no fries. Which I then had to wait another 20 min. So in total to pick up my food, that I ordered 35 minutes prior, I had to wait an additional almost 40 minutes in the store to get a sub with mainly bread. Never will I order from there again!! Lewes capriotti’s is 5 star not this long neck location!

Just went in for my usual pastrami sub and met the owner tom, really friendly guy. Wonderful atmosphere in there. And the sub was HUGE! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Believe the reviews below. It’s a bread and veggie sandwich. I order so much Capriotti’s I have $50 I can use in rewards. This has to be the worst location. No meat at all on the subs and for the price I refuse to pay for bread only.

I love your subs. I don’t understand why what I’m willing to pay for a sub made with all white meat.
I do not like dark meat I usually take all the dark meat off and go on with it and try not to complain this time my sub was nothing but dark meat. I’m don’t think I’m coming back.

Excellent place for subs. Fresh ingredients, as classic of a hoagie as you can get. French fries were amazing! Super thin and sooooo good, would come back just for fries.

Terrible first and only experience. The Bobbie sub was very dry according to two of my family members. They messed up my order and got it mixed up with another customer’s, so we both went home disappointed. Ordered a grilled Italian sub and ended up with some sort of grit sub that was so salty I couldn’t even take a bite. For a Friday night they closed as early as 8, so I couldn’t even go back to have them make it right. Had to order more food from another restaurant. Never coming here again!

$19.99 for a lettuce & peppers sub that was supposed to be Italian. Where’s the meat?!? Capriotti’s used to be a great sub shop like most places pre covid. However this has consistently been a problem each time we’ve ordered from this location. We hope to see this business thrive like all business however we can no longer support this type of lack of substance and quality.
