As someone who works in the service industry, I place a strong emphasis on customer service. What started as an opportunity for growth ended up being a five-star experience!
Last week, I finally tried the Impossible Cheesesteak from the Concord Pike location, and it was amazing! I craved another one yesterday, so I ordered an Impossible Cheesesteak from the Union Street location. However, it was slightly overcooked. Since the Impossible meat doesn’t need to be cooked for too long, I thought that was an easy fix. Today, I called back to provide that feedback and to give it another try.
Not only was the young lady who answered the phone very apologetic and understanding, but she also said, “I never want you to have a bad experience, and I will comp that for you.” I was ready to pay for it again because I didn’t call just to get a free meal; I simply wanted it to be right since that location is closest to my work.
Today, I can definitely say they got it right! I know for sure I will be returning to this location for my Impossible Cheesesteak. Everyone was super friendly and responsive.

Great sandwich shop for take away. I had the Bobby with turkey, stuffing and cranberry. Good bread with a nice chew. Tender turkey. Good flavor.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
No where to sit and it is an original shop so best to order delivery or carry out.

Listen I love the customer service it’s awesome, but unfortunately like 3 times this year have we found hair in our food. I strongly believe anyone working in food should wear a hair net for this reason. We had a mix up with our subs yesterday and we got two free ones on the house. My husband went to eat his free sub (the one that they sent that wasn’t our order) and he found black straight hair in his food. Again I understand stuff happens but this has been happening more than once and it just makes me nauseous from wanting to eat from here.

The food here was pretty good. Especially the bobby which they are known for. It’s good both cold and hot but I prefer the hot bobby and if you don’t like it hot you can just wait a while then it becomes the cold bobby. If you order ahead which you can do there are discounts and you can get it right as you walk up to the counter.

Capriotti’s is unlike any other hoagie shop I’ve ever been to. Super high quality sandwiches. They are expensive but very high quality also. Wawa is everywhere if you want cheap.

ATTENTION Capriottis lovers: When you order, make sure you get extra meat or double meat. The pics you see here is of the Vegetarian Turkey, and exactly how the sub looked when I opened the package. This is how Capriottis subs used to come as is, but these days they are very skimpy on the meat. I might’ve over did it with the double meat option (the extra meat might’ve been good enough) lol, but at least I get that classic Capriottis taste! Yum!

This was the worst experience I have had with a Capriottis location. The salad I ordered vs what I received was a joke. Talk about false advertising! We ordered lunch for the office on 2/14, when it was delivered, we were missing a sandwich and the salad I mentioned above was just iceberg lettuce. We called and spoke to the asst manager Hector who said he would refund both items but he only refunded the missing sandwich. I called back the next day 2/15 and he assured me we would receive our additional refund. That has yet to happen. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering from the Capriottis in Union street ever again! Very disappointed as this use to be a go to spot and the quality and customer service has gone down hill.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order and upon arriving I walked into the union street location which there were no customers. There were two workers behind the counter in which neither greeted or acknowledged that I was there. Another customer walked in behind me and immediately the male worker retrieved the customers food. I said I’ve been standing here and nobody has said a word to me. I was told that the person had previously been in the store and forgot their money which is fine but has nothing to do with me being ignored. If someone had at the very least asked me to give them a moment it wouldn’t have been an issue. The male worker let’s call me D begins to cuss and talk about what he doesn’t have time for and taking his break. I politely asked for my paid order to be cancelled and left after getting everyone’s name. The integrity of a lot of business is going to hell in a basket partly due to horrible customer service. I will NEVER return to that particular location and plan to reach out to corporate bc at my age it’s about the principle. I will not tolerate poor customer service and disrespect. The food isn’t anything special to tolerate that nonsense. Maybe management should consider hiring some more mature workers who take pride in not only themselves but their work and service that they provide.

Just had one of thee worst cheesesteaks I ever had in my life. Wagyu? Really? As a Philadelphia native I’m ashamed to have you call this a cheesesteak. The “wagyu” was tasteless and had ZERO flavor. The onions had no flavor. I think I asked for sweet peppers but I promise you I tasted nothing. My water I drank with my food had more flavor. Then you guys are charging $2.79 for a small .75 bag of chips that’s insane. Worst Cappriottis experience EVER. You guys have fallen way off. Please get cooks who can actually make a sandwich with taste. Highly disappointed I almost wanna go ask for a refund.
