I visited this sub shop for the first time and ordered the 18-inch club, along with two kids’ sandwiches and a soup. The staff was extremely friendly and got started on my order right away, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. The turkey was dry and chewy, and the bacon was overcooked to the point of being difficult to break apart. The bread was very thick and lacked that soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture I enjoy in a good sandwich. The onions were overpowering, so much so that they were almost all I could taste.
Overall, the experience was underwhelming and not one I’d be eager to repeat.

Capriotti’s! Home of the Seymour Sandwich. Where ya C More Bread Than Meat! I had two minis delivered while away visiting relatives. I purchased a mini turkey and a mini roast beef hoagie. As soon as the driver handed me the bag, the weight of it, began to tell the story. They were very light. The meat to bread or bread to meat ratio was the worst I’ve seen and trust me, I’ve seen bad. Especially in Reading, Pa, but these hoagies were horrible. I provided videos. Please check them out. These sandwiches had too much veggies on them and not enough meat and every bite was a mouthful of veggies. I should’ve just ordered a salad and ate a slice of bread with it. So If you’re tired of the place up the street. Where they give you more bread than they give ya meat. Head on over to Brunish’s in Pottstown, Pa for a better hoagie. My name BigDaveIsFat says it ALL!

Never again. We had ordered from here periodically over the last few years and liked their turkey sandwiches and thin fries. The Last time we ordered, my wife mentioned her pastrami/cole was kind of disappointing and how they changed their fries (which was kind of what made them different and not like everyone else). However, my son liked his BLT that time so I let him pick where we ordered from tonight for my family of 6. I ordered at 6:30, understanding the window said 60-75 mins. So I get a call at 7:30 telling me, “your driver is here, but we couldnt make your BLT, but I refunded it.”There was No offer to make another sandwich, etc. A bit of advice–when you recognize you cannot accomodate an order, do not call the customer to let him know when the driver is there waiting for the food. I should have been called waaaay earlier in case I wanted to adjust the order. Door dash delivers at 8:03. I was short a cheesesteak, cold hoagie, large fries, and 3 sodas . I got 1 sandwich , my cookies, chips and a bottled tea. (This order was over $100.) so I call my driver who was extremely apologetic and he said he would go back. He then messaged me that I was to call the restaurant. I call the restaurant and explain the whole scenario to the manager. He initially states, “what i can do is refund the food that isnt there.” So I explain that is not acceptable, I have a hungry family of six that has been waiting to eat dinner. I explained that the driver is coming back for my food. He says, “Well there’s no food here and the kitchen is closed.” He then said, “the best I can do is refund the whole order”. Look, I am an extremely patient person, and I understand that things happen, someone else probably took the food, etc. However, as manager, you tell your guys to make the cheesesteak, fries and cold sandwiches or YOU MAKE THEM and CLEAN THE GRILL YOURSELF!!! Or At least pretend that you actually care about the customer’s inconvenience. Additionally, as manager you should have someone making sure large orders are being expedited appropriately. I will never eat at this place again, will be telling my friends and family about this, posting this review on social media and will be contacting all the local newspapers. Ridiculous. It’s called “customer service”, which you very much were lacking on this night for your over-priced, over-rated food. P.S.-Your new fries suck!!!
Edit—After some self-reflection, I may have went a bit overboard in the moment, dealing with a hungry family. I was refunded in full, however the decision-making in this instance and general lack of customer service these days blows my mind. I suppose I was not meant to finally try their cheesesteak. I stand by my assessment of the fries and will not return.

Kindest staff, fast service, and always great food. They’ve always honored our requests for extra sides of our favorite toppings like pickles and hot peppers. Our favorite sandwich shop ! We drive 40 minutes for it nowadays. Lately we get the small fries – plenty to split for a small lunch between two people!

When people care about their craft and their profession, the product that they produce usually will be of high quality. This is the case here!
I got the chicken parm sandwich and fries. The sandwich was tasty. Nice fresh sauce, peppers & mushrooms was cooked well and the chicken tasted seasoned. The French fries are cut thin. Honestly it was weird having them that thin but it was good and crisp. Not soggy or anything like that.
Overall I will return and try that waygu sandwich. You should try this place too if you are in the area.

As soon as I walked in, I got the warmest welcome. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The sandwich was so delicious. I got a breakfast sandwich (they serve breakfast all day!!) and it was GAS . The restaurant was very clean aswell. I highly recommend!!

The sandwiches are tremendous here. However, I have to give this place a less than five star review – is a meal here worth $17+? Absolutely not. Maybe at an airport. I feel you can purchase a comparable meal for at least $5 less. Again, a delicious (overpriced) sandwich.
