This was our first time visiting this location and yes, we will be back. We were greeted with a friendly hello upon entering the shop. We enjoyed our salad and our sub. Delicious authentic Italian taste and flavor.

love this shop and will be coming back again. shout out to the two employees working on 10/30 who were short-staffed and tired but did their best to make it happen for me. my mans joshua whipped up my sandwich so fast even though im sure they were exhausted, and it was TASTY as HECK. i had a roughhhh day at work and he absolutely made my entire day. 10/10 would (constantly) eat here again

This was our first order from capriotti’s and it will be our last. We ordered a delivery order and one of the sandwiches had a cup of au jus sandwiches got to us and the aju had broken open and spilled all over both sandwiches. I called the store and the store basically said it was doordash’s fault and hung up on me. Don’t ever go there. These people are ignorant and their sandwiches are disgusting

Very disappointed with this place. Tried it twice and it was a blunder both times, its the third time trying the franchise sammy shop and I will say this LOUD, nothing beats original! If you want a great sammy head to Caps in Delaware. I also use the cap app, this is the second time I tried to add my points by scanning, I tried to add my points manually, 24 hrs later they expire so thats over 50 bucks spent with no points added. Now the kulinarymafia will head to the real Caps and get a real sammy. Your franchise might use real turkey, they just don’t use enough of it. On a good note, the french fries were fantastic. #kulinarymafia does not approve of this place.

They start closing 30 minutes before time they close and grilled sandwiches stop being made about 30 minutes before closing and seating area gets taken down and chairs put away 30 minutes and it got super busy and with everything already put away the workers became overwhelmed stressed out and yelling and cursing with 20 customers in waiting room It was eventful! Lean up and closing things up should be done after store closes not before and employees should be scheduled for work 30 min after the stores close to allow clean up and closing store up so it doesn’t get over whelming if customers come before store closes !! Specially during weekend shifts ! Food was good but could be better !

Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up via the app. I ordered extra cheese and was charged for it, yet it was not on the sandwich, despite writing my request in the comments as well as checking the box. It’s not the first time I’ve been charged for things I didn’t get. Both sandwiches were very dry. The Cole slaw was dry and there was minimal thousand island dressing on both sandwiches.I’ve moved here from Delaware and am used to the original Capriotis high quality The one in Dowingtown needs learn from the original on how to make their subs. Way overpriced for a substandard sub. I’m sad to say my days of being a capriotis fan are over 🙁
