I went to Capriotti’s for lunch and purchased a tuna hoagie and a cheese steak, can I say the worst mistake of my life. The tuna taste like it came straight out of the can. My cheesesteak was sloppy too much mayonnaise and not good. It’s a shame when you order two different types of sandwiches from a restaurant and they’re both un edible. Please for the rest of your customers. Make sure that your food is prepared where people can eat it and enjoy. Because you have lost this customer have a great day. And if I could have given this establishment, no stars I would have but Google makes you give them at least one star

I ordered a cheesesteak and The Bobbie Homemade Turkey online, with extra cranberry sauce and stuffing but specifically requested NO MAYO. Unfortunately, when I got home, The Bobbie had mayonnaise on it. I tried calling the restaurant to address the issue but was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I am unable to drive back and would like to receive the correct order or my money back. Overall, the cheesesteak was good but the mistake with the mayo was disappointing as I can’t eat my sandwich and the customer service could be improved being left on hold over 10 minutes. There is no contact on the site where the order was placed.

Never been into the shop, but was in this shopping center for some errands. Stopped in for something for a late lunch. I am a turkey sandwich person, so I was delighted to see the Homemade Turkey sandwich on their menu. I ordered the 8-inch with white bread. I asked for black olives and pickles instead of their standard options. Dr. Pepper fountain drink + baked chips to round out my meal. I will be coming back for this meal in the future for sure.

The three Bobbie sandwiches I ordered yesterday were very disappointing. My 95 year aunt said “where’s the turkey?”, and she was right. Loaded with stuffing and cranberry sauce, but just a small amount of shredded turkey that was barely there. The turkey should be a major ingredient, not just a trace. The service was matter-of-fact, and the inside of the restaurant had stained ceiling tiles, and just wasn’t inviting. Would not recommend.

My experience here was so amazing! The food was absolutely incredible! My barbecue chicken cheesesteak with coleslaw was the absolute best! And the service especially the manager was so hospitable!! The saddest part about my visit is that I live 12 mi away .

The chicken bacon ranch sandwich is one of the best sandwich’s I’ve ever had. The best part is they triple checked my order to make sure it was correct before I left. Will definitely be back!

Always the best sandwiches available. I love their roast beef while the wife loves the Bobby. You just can’t go wrong here.

Caps is the place to go in Delco if you want a hoagie. I’m a vegetarian but their menu includes vegetarian hoagies and their fantastic. I get the vegetarian turkey hoagie. The menu offers other veg items that I will have to try in the future.

Charging $15 for this tiny and bland embarassment of a cheesesteak, which is closer to being boiled than flat top’ed and has no hint of sear to it, should be criminal. Wawa makes better steak than this and there is no comparing it to Delco Steaks, Sofie’s, Jim’s or other good steak shops in the area. Wagyu sandwiches are ok and save it from being a 1 star shop, but nothing to write home about either at that price.

Long standing favorite chicken steak. Also love the turkey hoagie, very different from deli meat. Place could use a deep clean though.
