We dined here as I wanted to try somewhere new to celebrate our anniversary. Overall, we had a nice time. Big shoutout to Macy (forgive me if it’s Marcy, my memory is failing me there), who greeted us as the host, was our server, and was on bartending duty and made us a great mocktail as well. She made us feel very welcome and got us what we needed with a great attitude.
As my wife put it, this place has “good bones.” I liked the atmosphere and I overall enjoyed the flavor of the food. I had one of the specials, a steak and mushroom risotto. I was a bit saddened by the grey color of the steak, improper cook, and the rice was slightly undercooked, but I did enjoy the flavors and I wouldn’t say they were far off from nailing it.
Another gentleman, not sure if he was the manager or owner, checked on us as well and had a good sense of humor.
Overall a good experience and we are definitely rooting for this place! I would love to dine here again to try more.

From start to finish, EXCELLENCE! Macey, greeted us as we walked in, along with Dayne. They seated us and welcomed us, as though we were the first guest they had ever served. We were given many choices that sounded equally interesting. We opted on the bottle of wine from Italy. It was an excellent choice in “pours”! I chose the Chicken Marsala! Delizioso Eccellente! Color of sauce, blend of flavors!!!Yum! My husband chose a special on menu, Pasta w/Shrimp and crab meat in lemon garlic sauce! It was equally a five star “taste winner”! This was our first time but it most certainly won’t be our last! Thank you Macey, Hannah Dayne and “chef” for a wonderful evening!!!

I rarely write reviews, but this restaurant truly deserves it. I’ve dined at many fine restaurants in my life, yet none have left me so amazed—so utterly speechless—with every bite.
I was lucky enough to try a seasonal special: their tomahawk pork chop, served with onions and a rich, cream sauce. The risotto was perfectly cooked—creamy yet light—and the asparagus had just the right tender-crisp bite. My girlfriend ordered the gnocchi pesto alongside a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak, and every bite was as impressive as mine.
The wait staff was exceptional—warm, friendly, and genuinely personable. They didn’t just take orders; they carried conversations, made us feel welcome, and elevated the whole experience.
This is a place worth every visit, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. We will absolutely be back.

We love this restaurant! The service is great and the food is even better! I ordered the Caesar salad and Gamberoni Scampi, it was incredible! We are excited to come back and try more of the menu, though I might stick to my most recent order!

Great Italian food! Service was excellent! We started off with the bruschetta and it was fantastic! I had the special which was a shrimp linguine. My wife had a chicken Parmesan, chicken Alfredo combo that was amazing! The cheesecake was homemade with ricotta cheese. Very rich but flavorful!

While the food was good, the service was terrible. We waited over 15 minutes after being seated before anyone helped us, and I eventually had to ask for assistance. Our waitress then greeted two larger parties that arrived after us before acknowledging our table. It was very apparent that she was more focused on tables that would would tip more due to party size, and it showed in the level of service we received. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

The food is really good and the service even better.
Our server Daniel was super attentive and funny, we really liked him.
It was our anniversary so we got a tiramisu on the house.
A lot of the staff is bilingual so that’s a plus too.

My family hosted a rehearsal dinner for a wedding here. We had a limited menu, so I can’t say whether certain things were good, but the food options we had were DELICIOUS! Some of the best food I’ve had in NWA.
Service: we had a large group in that rehearsal dinner, and it must have been all hands on deck for the restaurant. The service was EXEMPLARY; nobody missed a beat, even with a large group! Our waiter, Gauge (I believe that’s how you spell it, forgive me if I’m wrong), went above and beyond to accommodate me personally. I have a nut allergy, and he went to the kitchen to ask if anything had nuts in it. He then brought me out some dessert that was “guaranteed no nuts.” That dessert was divine!
I can’t say enough nice things about all of the waiters there, and I can’t believe I’ve gone this long without checking this place out. I don’t make it to NWA very often, but when I come back, I will most definitely be back at Capriccio!
