Even though one server called out, the staff was outstanding! Food was better than expected. A great first time there.

We came here for a Valentine’s day dinner since we were in the area. Worth noting, it was one of only a few places that still had available dinner times, so we were a bit cautious with our expectations. The service was good, but the food did not impress. We ordered surf and turf with filets. The steak was very over cooked and definitely not a good cut…very thin. The lobster was dry and rubbery. The vegetables were also over cooked and mushy. The price was $29 for each plate, but given how overcooked everything was, we felt the preparation and care could have much better. The bread that was brought out was also very hard, more like croutons.

Very relaxing lunch location. Staff very friendly and invited ng. Ordered the Calamari app it was perfect on flavor and overall profile. Chicken Parmesan sliders we’re perfection on a bun which had the fresh out of Grandma’s oven taste. Worth the stop and very reasonably priced. See Corey at the bar he will make sure you are very well taken care of.

Food was awful. Chicken was served raw and missing components of the sauce. The only reason why we are giving this restaurant 2 stars is for the service. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. When the owner came out to speak with us he seemed reluctant to take the raw chicken dish off our check and only offered a 20% discount if we came back in for another meal (we won’t be back!). The waitress felt so bad about how it was handled by the owner, she bought us a round of drinks.

Delicious is the best work for the food here. Reminds me of real New York Italian American food. Everything we have eaten here is wonderful. Have been here 5 or more times and it is never busy and the same cook does his job very well. Nicely decorated interior, modern and clean.

This is my favorite restaurant in Williamsburg. It’s a small, upscale, Italian place with a great menu of pizzas, pastas, and other Italian specialties. Everything is made to order and if you have dietary restrictions the chef will happily come out to your table to talk to you. I have been here more times than I can count and I have never had bad service. The owner is very friendly and frequently manning the bar.

I stumbled upon this restaurant by accident though I am constantly eating in Williamsburg. Went here soley because it had excellent reviews over the place we were actually headed to. Interior design for this restaurant is excellent. Granite countertops and wall in the oven area, very nice booths and tables with an interesting vine decor they make look like it goes through the pillar up to the ceiling. The bar is extremely nice also. The only odd thing, it was a Wednesday night at 6:30 and we wear the only customers in the entire restaurant besides two people sitting at the bar. I had the chicken parm which was actually pretty good. It’s a nice thick piece of chicken breast and the spaghetti was cooked perfectly. The other plate that was ordered by a family member was fettuccine alfredo with chicken. While I did not sample that plate, they said it was the best fettuccini sauce they’ve had. The bartender was also the host, and was also the waiter for the dining room. I thought this was a little strange that there wasn’t a single waiter or waitress in the place that does make me think this is not a highly occupied restaurant for dinner. It’s a nice enough place and the food was not bad at all, I will make a second trip there. For the first time in all my reviews, unfortunately I forgot to take a couple pictures

As New Yorkers, my husband and I had to try this restaurant claiming to have New York style Italian Food while on vacation, and they definitely delivered. Pleasent atmosphere with very friendly service. We even met the chef, a fellow native New Yorker, and he was so sweet. Checked on us throughout our meal and it was the most authentic Italian meal that we have ever had while at a restaurant. Our server tonight was outstanding. The ragu tasted exactly like grandma’s on Sunday. We would definitely go back in our next trip.

This was probably the worst service I have ever received at a restaraunt. We were seated and waited over 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order after we had to ask for someone to come. After that, we waited another 45 minutes for our appetizer (a cheese pizza) to arrive. After we asked the owner what was taking so long, he made a snotty comment that we should have asked for someone sooner. The owner did not apologize nor did we get any sort of discount. The food came out a little bit after the pizza and was only mediocre. I would not recommend giving your money to this restaraunt because of the terrible service as well as the rude owner and mediocre food.

The food here was amazing. I hate to give it only 3 stars, but the service as really not good. We were seated near the food pick up area so we saw how long people’s food sat there without being served. We only got our food because one of the kitchen staff brought it out to us.
