Went to this pizzeria on complete desperation to find: 1) Air conditioning, 2) Decent food. This place checked both boxes. And also found room for our 7 hangry kids. The pizza was fine too! Good even. Tasted like typical NYC pizza to me. But. The wings were breaded. And I hate breaded wings. Wish it was noted on all menus (not this place’s fault). Well, with that rant done, the breaded wings were pretty good. Not too much bread. Good flavor.

Stopped by for two slices of pizza. The chicken Bacon Ranch was just okay. Definitely on the thinner side of pizza. The pepperoni slice tasted more like New York pizza. They offered to cut the pieces in half since we were sharing each slice. Prices a little high but so is that area. It seemed very warm inside. The dining room was full, so we did not enter that area. Maybe it was cooler there than the counter you order at. We went ate outside on a bench.

I really like their pizza but the customer service experience was average. Nothing to brag about. I have been coming here for years and have never reviewed it. If you get a fresh pizza pie, you’ll definitely like it. I’m not too fond of pizza that has to be reheated. The biggest disappointment was not having wheelchair accessibility. My brother and I had to carry a wheelchair up and into the restaurant and then back out. The bathroom definitely is not wheelchair accessible. Our server was below average. Almost as she didn’t want to be there. I like their pizza but the place needs a little TLC because they’ve been around so long and definitely more friendly customer service. It just felt like a “here and go” type of service.

Capri Pizzeria & Restaurant offers the best pizza in Lake George. They have an extensive menu with many good choices. Their portion sizes are very large. They offer good coupon deals through Local Flavor. Credit cards are accepted but is cheaper to pay cash. Outside of tourist season it is easy to dine inside. Take out is very prompt here as well. Some of the best pizza choices here are “The Queen,” and the “The Godfather.” Stop by if you are in the Lake George region!

Love, Love, Love this place!! When we were in Lake George for a few days in August 2025, ate there twice.
First time, was lunch. Were in town, hungry and just stopped in. Got a table quick, and had some pizza. Great Pizza. We come from the NJ / NYC area so we eat a lot of pizza, felt like we were at home.
Second time, wanted a quiet night at the hotel, so we got pizza delivered, tried something different, also a great pie.
It was nice having such great pizza at a reasonable price. It is a must try when in Lake George.

The food is excellent here! This is the Pizza place I always go to when in Lake George. The wings are excellent. The hot wings do have a kick if you are into hot flavors. They offer 10% off for active military and veterans. Highly recommended for pizza lovers.

The Godfather pizza was good but I was disappointed with the lack of basil. Can’t advertise basil on a pizza and then when I open the box I don’t see one full leaf on the pie. Where’s the basil ?
The hit man pizza was good but dry. Extra Buffalo or some ranch drizzled on top would have been great.
The garlic knots were very disappointing . There was barely anything on top, pretty much just balls of dough.
The French fries were good. Came with a side of ketchup. No complaints here.

My husband loves the pizza here. To me the food is okay. Nothing special. The atmosphere is again nothing special. I had a burger and it was good. If you want a slice of pizza or two then come here.

I liked it. Food was good and service was prompt. We had sicilian pizza which was decent. Wings were ok. Waiter was very attentive despite it being busy. Other staff at counter were friendly and engaging.
