We ordered our food online via their website almost 45 minutes ahead of time. Was driving into the city from a long road trip and we’re super tired and starving! Once we got there, they let us know that they have missed our order and will need another 45 minutes to prepare our order! They were barely apologetic and could not care less! Very disorganized in the kitchen and ordering. We ended up giving up on our food and hope for a reimbursement. Not sure if that ever happened.

This place is a GREAT old school pizza place. Family owned and ran. They genuinely care about their customers and quality of food. I highly suggest their calzones and spaghetti with meat sauce. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family. Take out is fast and always hot!

Great pizza and lasagna. Our daughter wasn’t feeling well so we had to box up our order to go. But everything re-heated perfectly and still tasted delicious. The portions are very generous, so we even had enough for leftovers tomorrow!

Placed an online order. About 20 min later it was still not accepted. Tried calling numerous times only for the phone to be answered by AI, asked to speak to the restaurant and we were hung up on multiple times yet we were charged $60.00 for a pizza, salad and mozzarella sticks. We’ve been going to Capozzis since the day they opened. Something has changed for the worse. Looks like another good restaurant is gone.

Update – looks like Buddy sold the biz. Oh well. Another good restaurant is gone.

Another Update – We just drove to the restaurant because the charge ahows as pending on the CC. Mind you its a Saturday, AND THEY ARE CLOSED.

East Cobb staple that I never went into until now. Generous 1990’s portions and prices seemingly (for the time being) unaffected by inflation.

Staff nice and friendly.

Reminds me a lot of some of the non-chain pizza joints I ate at as a kid.

Update 6/04/22

Got a cheese pizza with extra sauce. The sauce on their Pizza is always a perfect amount but today was just in the mood for a pizza swimming in sauce and it’s delicious!

Edit a few minutes later: I called them up they remade the pizza the pizza the new pizza that is is perfect! It’s a good day! Apparently I’ve been given lightly cooked pizza before in the past and didn’t know that it was a style and was upset the first pizza wasn’t that way since it’s what I was used to. I’m sorry. 6/22/2021

As of 6/22/2021 I usually like the pizza at capozzi’s and is normally my favorite but today the pizza was way overcooked the crust is hard and crunchy, the cheese is overcooked and it’s difficult to eat. Normally it’s soft and floppy in the middle with a nice crust. Not this time though. Just check pizza before you leave
