On Saturday 2/14/26 11:30 am. I ordered 2 slices fresh out of the oven. The original owner no longer owns it. It’s no longer the great pizza place. The spot has lost its spirit. The new owner has kept all the framed pics of the former owner. It’s no longer a special place, I was a long time customer of original restaurant. In my opinion I don’t see it surviving. The place is so so . The original restaurant R.I.P!

Ordered after a few yrs of not using them bc I got a sad steak sub a couple times. This time I got a chicken cutlet sub and it was perfect, seriously perfect. Also got fried calamari it was chewy and salty, but benefit of the doubt I ordered calamari and it was delivered, bet it would’ve been fine dining in. W a sandwich like the one I got that day, I’ll be back.

Been a customer with Capatoros for years, have received a very family oriented srvice and good food since early 2000 untul Ralph sold the bussiness. Tried to stay with the new ownership thinking that things would stay the same but soon I realized that everything changed for the worst. I feel as if that ownershi/customer rekationship is no longer there. Also food quality (taste in dough, souse, cheese) is all changed and compromised to reduse the cost. Also, I used to get treated as a family member everytime I got to the restoraunt, not the sane anymore, sorry!

Their pizza is that type of Italian style you crave from every other place and they don’t quite hit the mark. Toppings are a little bit expensive but otherwise the pizza is quite good. The size even the medium is insanely generous. Outside of New Haven you don’t really get pizza like this. So thanks for everything it’s delicious
