I tried a double smoke show and loaded fries. The fries were perfect, right amount of crispy exterior with soft interior, and the sauce/cheese combo was delicious.
The burger itself had awesome rich flavor, but it was messy, borderline soggy. I personally appreciate that texture in burgers (as opposed to dry bun), but I know it’s not for everyone.
I’ll be back to try something else on the menu the next time I’m on this side of the strip.
My friend and I were craving a quick burger and decided to try Capon’s in the Fontainebleau food court. Unfortunately, the “quick” part didn’t happen — there was a decent line, so it took a while to order.
Once we reached the counter, the service was friendly and welcoming. We ordered:
Capon’s Classic – Juicy, flavorful, and satisfying.
Blackjack – Also solid, with a nice punch of flavor.
Waffle Fries – Crispy and well-seasoned, a great side.
Vanilla Milkshake with Crushed Oreo Bits – Tasty and indulgent, but at the same price as a burger, it felt a bit pricey for something so simple.
The food hit the spot, portions were filling, and everything came out fresh.
Atmosphere: Basic food court setup — nothing special or memorable about the space, but that’s not why we came. This is a spot to grab your food, eat, and move on.

Final Verdict:
Solid 4 stars. I’d visit again for a quick, satisfying burger — just be prepared to wait if it’s busy. Next time I’m trying the gelato!
The food was ready in about 15 minutes. We tried it, and here are what we would like to share:
1. Atmosphere was grand and clean
2. Staff were friendly and great with the customers.
3. The buns were warm and soft.
Those were just about what we liked
1. Both burgers tasted the same. Likely due to the same secret schmear they use… too much of. I tasted very vinegary..
2.. The classic was a simple burger, but the smoke show supposedly has ceramalized onion bacon jam that can’t be detected in the flavor. It was so little and drowned out by the schmear. I would have preferred to skip the schmear and more of the jam.
3. The “loaded” fried basically waffle fries with more of the same tasting schmear, some cheese, and truffles flavors. Not sure what was “loaded” but it tasted the same as the schmeae on the burgers and overpowering truffle flavor.
4. I know it’s an expensive place. Soda and water at $7 and $10 each!
5. Total bill with tax and tips was close to $80!
We were so disappointed we skipped the gelato. We don’t think this is the value nor the quantity for the price. Not recommended
Overall, it was pretty good. I would probably only go here once in a blue moon because of the price.
What really surprised me was the price. I paid $47 for two burgers and a Coke Zero, which felt pretty steep considering the overall experience. Definitely not the value I was hoping for.
Wouldn’t go out of my way for this one again.
The flavor is good but not spectacular. Fries were crispy and fresh.
The dining area was super spacious, well-designed, and comfortable.
Not sure if I’ll come back for these just a good burger at these prices.
