Great NYC style pizza! They were rated the best pizza in Sarasota for 2025. We are from NY, had a lot of NYC pizza. This one is excellent! Also amazing homemade meatballs, House made sauces are absolutely DELICIOUS. Cant wait to come back and try more things on the menu.

This was THE best pizza we’ve ever had, hands down. Both pizzas we ordered (both monthly specials – The Romano and The Mikey B) were excellent. Great flavor with crispy crust and made fresh to order. The garlic knots were made with fresh garlic and came out piping hot. Chris, our server answered all of our questions and even went as far to help us order a pizza that was a previous special that was no longer offered. We would recommend this to anyone and would go again and again!

Stopped into Capo Pazzo while visiting Sarasota and tried the Vodka Roni pizza and the Arancini, both were absolutely amazing. The pizza had the perfect balance of crispy crust, creamy vodka sauce, and just the right amount of spice from the pepperoni. The burrata cheese and basil are also a nice touch! The arancini were golden, cheesy, and full of flavor — definitely the best I’ve ever had. You can tell everything is fresh and that they care about the food they’re serving.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe inside made it such an enjoyable experience. Even though I only tried a couple of items, they were enough to make me want to come back next time I’m in FL and try more of the menu. In my opinion, good pizza is hard to find in FL, and the food here really is top notch.

When you walk up and in you smell the oven and you know it will be DELICIOUS! We needed some pizza while on vacation and we went back before we left it was SO GOOD! Trust the reviews, this place is a must. We got the Proscuitto Arugula, just amazing! Mamma’s Margherita was incredible! Spicy Burrata was sublime! Rigatoni Bolignese with Burrata was perfection! As with all pizza, dine-in and eat it fresh! Wow! We will be back when in Sarasota! Thank you!

We were up near Gulf Gate and craving pizza. A quick search showed this place and the reviews looked promising. Smaller venue in a strip mall, easy to overlook. Were there fairly early, so immediately seated. Service was very prompt and friendly. I ordered the Old fashion Sicilian and my wife got the Everyday Im Truffilin pizza. Yes, it was WAY too much for two, but…. leftover pizza is awesome. Anyway, served up fresh and hot and it was “chefs kiss”, outstanding!! Added in cold beer for me and some wine for the missus and found ourselves asking how we didn’t find this gem earlier. Rounded it out with a delicious slice of tiramisu, yum!
Oh and did I mention the entertainment? Our server said there was a local music school that they invite periodically to showcase the students. Think School of Rock type stuff, with all the enthusiasm. Each act would play 2 or 3 songs and rotate to the next. Teenagers mostly, but a very entertaining dinner show. Kudos to this place for sponsoring such a great program.
All said, I can absolutely see why this is rated so highly. Excellent food, great service, and if you time it right, a great dinner show! Keep going, you’ve definitely got it dialed in!!

Been wanting to come for a year. Finally made it in. Our waiter was incredible and so fast. Never an empty cup all night. The caprese was insanely fresh, the marg pizza was absolute perfection and the Sicilian pep honey was god tier. This is EASILY the best pizza in the city of Sarasota by a mile.

Visiting from California and I found this local GEM! I tried a slice of their pizza of the month & I had to go back for a second one! Best pizza I’ve had in a while! Shame that I leave in a few days! If you’re local around here, definitely check this place out!

Best pizzeria in town by far! The girls up front are the best, always getting our pizzas to us hot and fast! Dining in also never misses! Mel and Chris are more than delightful, the pasta dishes are spectacular and the restaurant is always nice and tidy! Steve’s the man!
