The food is quite good – I recommend the French Onion Soup for starters, and I really enjoyed the Fish and Fries. The Salmon plate is also very good!
Seating is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. There are several booths, regular tables, bar seating and one high-top tables.
There is a full bar, well stocked with spirits, wine and beer.
Servers are friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. I did notice several TV’s tuned in to the sports channels.
Prices lean on the expensive side, but the portions seem to be well-sized to fill you up (there are always exceptions). Dinner for two with appetiser & entree cost over $60.00 and that’s without drinks, so be prepared for it.

Cleaning and comfortable restaurant staff was very friendly great poor on the wine and the salad was great. I have no complaints at all for this place or my meal. I had the Michigan salad with salmon, and the Mendoza red wine. I would come back again next time!

Emily our waitress was very prompt and kind. We had great service and the Reuben and burger were very tasty. The strawberry cheesecake and chocolate mousse were a wonderful combination for dessert. We were very pleasantly surprised by the meal and service at this quaint little restaurant. It made the start of our vacation very enjoyable and convenient here at Americas Best Inn. We will definitely be back.

I had the cheeseburger medium well on a brioche bun and it was very tender and delicious. My wife had the Chicken Lemonita which was sliced chicken breast served with rice and a lemon garlic caper sauce. Chicken was very tender and the sauce was very tasty.
The only downside is I’d like to see some vegetables served with the chicken but I still think it was a great entree.

Great find near our hotel. We didn’t want to travel far and weren’t sure what to expect here. The food was really good (fresh and hot) and the service was prompt. The portion sizes were nice. Try the wings, cheese curds and the Michigan salad.

Stopped in for dinner before an early morning flight and was very pleasant surprised. The salmon was excellent and the chicken lemonatta was so good. The server was efficient and on top of everything.

We sat at the bar for our visit. Sara the bartender was friendly and makes a good drink. She works hard to keep a clean bar and tend to guests. I had the bloody Mary. It was a nice pour!!! Our meal was fried cheese curds and wings.
The cheese curds were delicious with a tasty marinara sauce. The chicken wings were amazing (I’m not a big wing fan) and huge! We had the Asia Thai sauce. Outstanding! Everything that came out of the kitchen looked yummy.
