The Capital One Café is such a fun little coffee shop on the Kenwood Mall! It’s the perfect stop for a coffee pick me up while shopping or simply spending time with friends walking around the mall. The staff was very friendly and they gave us our drinks for free since it was our first time being there! ❤️ It was a small gesture but so sweet and we will definitely be back!

I had A financial problem to contend with and while it wasn’t fully resolved, the customer service was beyond excellent. I was helped by Sylver and I believe it was her second day. She is the epitome of fantastic and friendly customer service. I’m so grateful to her and every measure she took to try to resolve the issue. She went above and beyond to help. The Capital One café in general is a fantastic place to visit. It’s warm and cozy and you can take also take care of your finances. Thank you again! Sylver was incredibly nice and helpful during my first visit ever to a Capital One Café and went out of her way to make myself and my wife feel at home. Visited the Capital One Cafe outlet at the Kenwood Towne Center, OH, multiple times. It’s a great place to just sit down, relax a bit, have a hot beverage such as their trending Verve Coffee, ample selection of their other premium coffee blends, hot tea, some snacks, or even some pastries, apart from their cookies, including a salty one! This is also a great place to get some much awaited calm and quiet environment, if you compare it with the often busy mall atmosphere and also with its highly visible foot traffic.
It’s also a great place to get some work done, take your laptops, and could use one of the three quiet rooms available. Don’t forget you have the banking facility option right at the front, once you enter the cafe. Usually, the staff who provide the services are great with great customer service skills and patience. There is an ATM available. They even provide some Capital One swag or small gifts, especially during the holidays. The Cafe even once provided me with some good sourced Verve Coffee samples.
The Cafe also offers some cakes, pastries, muffins, danish and croissants apart from small naans. There is an issue of not having enough light snacks or pastries in stock, which are, however, in display. I have had this experience multiple times!
Suggestion: Please also try to include some vegetarian or other cuisine choices, fruits, and maybe fresh juices on the menu. The Coffee, if provided a bit lighter, would reduce the excessive use of sugar! I don’t prefer very strong coffee. They do provide cane sugar and milk, though! Organic merchandise is also available.
Capital One Cafe is very neat and organized with adequate seating. There is even a spacious family area or one with more privacy at the back with a good display of wall paintings. The Cafe is well lit. The restrooms are very clean. Guests can avail 50% discount on hot beverages, especially once you tender your Capital One cards. You will also never be disappointed with a Capital One card while you are on a foreign trip as it’s highly reliable and rarely rejected! There are no foreign transaction fees either! Capital One Cafe is worth a visit!

I find during the holidays, I gravitate towards things/experiences that make me cozy, and bring me joy. Capital One Cafe does both. First, when you enter, they have an ambassador who is there to greet you and answer any and all questions. He/she will explain all the perks you enjoy as a Capital One cardholder: i.e., 50% off your beverage, free WiFi, and reserving a “nook” for personal space and quiet time for 2 hours.
Bonus: while we were there, they had free candies with pieces of gingerbread mixed in and make-your-own ornaments.
