Stopped by yesterday morning to grab some breakfast on the go. I was able to meet the owner and had a great chat with him. He did a great job updating the building while keeping a lot of the character. I ordered the hobo sandwich and coffee. The sandwich was huge and tasted great. I will definitely be back again!

Yesterday, my husband and I went there to meet up with his son and stepdaughter. We both had eggs over easy with turkey sausage and grits. Everything was cooked perfectly! Prices are very reasonable, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very upbeat and modern. Will definitely eat there again.

Trying for the first time today since the new ownership has taken over. I think it’s been open about a month at this point.
The menu is a typewritten piece of paper with no prices. When I ask the server the prices she did not know.
They only have four sides. French fries, potato wedges, okra and onion rings. They were out of okra and onion rings when I was there. I ordered the fried pork chops smothered with potato wedges.
After waiting a full 50 minutes I still did not have my food. The server was very apologetic. I ended up leaving without eating because at that point I didn’t have time to eat food even if it was in front of me immediately.
I was there in the middle of lunch time. There were five other tables seated at the same time I was there, three of which had two people at them. I was by myself and there was another gentleman by himself. One person came in for a takeout order. So the place definitely was not busy.
All of the tables except two are the bar stool type height, personally I don’t like those types of tables and chairs. The two regular height tables then so apparently other people like that traditional type better also. The space is newly decorated and was clean.
I didn’t use the restroom so I can’t come in on the condition of that space.
As one of the very few places to eat in Fremont, I really hope it gets better.

This was our first time since the new ownership. The place looks great. The food was fantastic. I had the veggie omelette and it was perfectly cooked. The staff was super friendly. The only suggestion would be to change up the orange juice, it was a little bitter. We will be back.

My husband and mother ate there and the food like always was excellent. As we were leaving my poor mother took a stumble at the front door. She is okay and was not hurt at all just her pride. Every single worker that saw it came to our rescue and help us get her back up. The owner I think who was a ortho nurse at one time even checked my mom out because she does have knee replacements. The whole crowd was super sweet!!!

A lovely cafe with delicious food! French toast, Omelets, the Hobo sandwich on Texas toast, it was all perfect. Our server Kephanie was so sweet and quick, and the delightful owner and chef came out to greet us, a very nice experience. Breakfast ends at 10:30 so get there before it ends.

I love the hamburger and the breakfast. The staff members are polite and friendly. The prices are great. The bathrooms are clean but need a little remodeling. The atmosphere in the dining room is very nice. I like visiting this restaurant..
