I liked how when I walked into this place I was greeted, the associate upfront was very informative and kind. Now to the taste of the food, fresh that all I have to say! I was able to wait to have some by the time I got home. This was a deal and a bonus. I would recommend the banana pudding shake.

Was craving some greens and looked up soul food we went with this place to try someplace new we usually go to Louisiana heaven…definitely disappointed beyond belief..food is cold, absolutely no seasoning in anything from the fried shrimp and fish to macaroni, do not order these greens if you actually want real home cooked southern greens these are 2 meats 1 side plates we had one more plate with fried shrimp and chicken which was for my son definitely not worth the 72 dollars we just paid for this meal at all so disappointed

I’ve ordered from this place 3 times. I would highly recommend and will be a repeat customer in the future. Each time I have been treated with the upmost care, professionalism and customer service! I cannot wait to see this place start booming when they officially launch their grand opening! What I loved most is that the food was hot and made to order and it was soooooo good! Mac N Cheese, 5 stars. Shrimp Soul Boy 5 stars! Churros… OMG! I ordered 3 boxes and 1 was a mystery and we ate those things up! Those fries… some of the best I’ve ever had and I don’t even eat fries like that! I was able to call my order in advance and when I came up my kids were sleep so I called the restaurant and the manager was so kind and understanding, they were able to send someone out to process my payment and do curbside delivery for me! I overheard the manager talking about an event they had called Saving souls— where they give back to the community and especially in that area where so much is needed and I could see by how many people were standing outside waiting for their orders that a real positive shift and impact is stirring there just waiting to kick off.

Don’t waste your money. I should have taken heed when someone returned their food while i was waiting for mine smh. Portions terribly small ,cornbread dry , I question whether the small 6 slice tri tip or the single drumstick was even smoked tasted like it was cooked in oven. I like to support small businesses ,but they made it impossible. I would never recommend this place sad that I went.

I purchased a two way and when I tell you the food is bomb..Excellent customer service and the entire staff was friendly..The only complaint I have is that I didn’t know this place was here sooner lol..I live practically next door and just learned of this restaurant..Maybe make flyers and go door to door in the neighborhood ? Because ppl who don’t know about this place are missing out 🙂 I would definitely recommend..
