I tried ordering online the other night. I wasn’t sure the order through so I called. I have an issue with my voice so when I asked if the order went through the gentleman on the phone said “I don’t understand one word you’re saying” I explained I had an issue with my voice and told him I was checking to see if my online order went through he said “yes it’s on its way” which was odd because my son was picking it up. Well my son went, there was no order for us and the man at the counter stated he didn’t speak to anyone about an order. Totally RUDE interaction with no empathy. They won’t care but never again…..

Ordered the Steak tip kabob salad. Steak portion is great; however could be a little more tender. Could use a little more feta along with veggies. The lettuce did have some brown along the edges. Not sure if the Greek dressing was homemade or store bought (Good taste). I did ask for no olives and received one. Could’ve been by accident (lol). Overall I would order this salad again.

My husband and I stopped by Cape Ann Pizza, and we were really impressed! The Remo pizza had a perfect crispy crust, and the toppings were super fresh. We also tried their subs, and they were packed with flavor — the steak and cheese with onions sub was definitely a winner. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, even though they were pretty busy. It’s a great spot for a casual bite, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

As a lifelong satisfied customer, it truly pains me to say that this place has completely fallen off. Ever since Jimmy left and sold the business, God bless him, the steak tips are literally not even the same as they use to be. Same with the chicken. Looks like reheated chicken and both don’t taste fresh off the grill. Jimmy and the old staff made Cape Ann what is was, in all of its greatness. If you are looking for a good old fashioned Cape Ann style meal, do not even bother going to Cape Ann Pizza now. I gave it 2 tries and they were hands down the worst subs I’ve ever had.

Steak tip sub is wicked good. Between the marinade and the grill flavors this sub is a league of its own. Go get one.
