Food: It’s Pampanga Cuisine… which I’ve never had before. We ordered their version of Pork Sisig and Plabok. We also ordered fried fish (pritong Daing), halo-halo, and Buko Pandan.

Service: Their food is counter-served. There are items that can be made to order. Also, they offer catering services. I love that they let you taste test the food to see if it’s to your liking. The man tho at was at thy r counter was very nice. He seemed down to earth. I love that. I noticed that they sold some can goods from the Philippines like corned beef, sausage, and some other things. I found that a bit pricey.

Ambiance: the place is small. You can dine in. But if it’s busy it might be a little tight inside. But over all we loved everything we ordered. I especially love the palabok.

Dropped by this local family restaurant for the first time, and it caught us by surprise. I wasn’t feeling too great going in and didn’t have much of an appetite, but the food was just what I needed! The entries, their popular Palabok and other dishes all had their own unique flavors that popped.

We happened to walk in when they weren’t a as busy. We appreciate that the owners showed great hospitality and were super open and friendly! Definitely planning to head back soon to get more items.

Definitely spread the word, but them wings…

This is in the same area as Walmart, but kinda on the corner backend, so it can be easily missed.

Highly recommend this place, place is clean and Jimmy the owner is very nice and friendly. We order lots of different kind of Pilipino food and everything was very masarap, price is very affordable. Carderetang kambing is super yummy and tender, the palabok is the bomb the best palabok I ever ate. So hungry we didn’t have chance to take pictures. We didn’t mind driving from Vacaville to Pittsburgh as long as we try their yummy kapampangan food, although we are kapampangan also. I give the place 5 stars ⭐️ and the food 10/10 and for sure we will go back there again.

Every bite brought me straight back to Pampanga! I loved everything! especially the sisig. It had that authentic smokey flavor Kapampangans are known for, crispy and perfectly seasoned, just the way it should be. The mango sticky rice was a sweet surprise! soft, chewy, and beautifully balanced. The fresh ube lumpia was so unique and delicious, definitely a must-try! And don’t even get me started on the halo-halo—this is the real deal. It had all the essentials: buko, langka, beans, ube, and was topped with creamy ice cream and rich leche flan—exactly how it’s done in the Philippines! Whether you’re missing home or just craving legit Filipino food, Capangan hits the spot every time. ✨

if you’ve not been here yet you have to go. I’m reliving my childhood when my grandpa and Grandma used to cook the best bomb food. But also they have other things I’ve never tried before. I love the sisig, the goat caldretta is a MUST. The sinigang is approved ( and that’s hard) it’s a friendly place that reminds me of my grandma’s Blimex store ( One of the first Filipino stores in the East Bay back in the day) they’ve got great flavors and everything I’ve tried has been good so far. definitely one of my new favorite places.

Capangan Goat Kaldereta, Turon, and Sisig are the best I’ve ever had. The goat kaldereta is incredibly tender and flavorful, with that perfect balance of spice and richness. Their sisig hits all the right notes crispy, savory, and super satisfying. And the turon? Crispy on the outside, sweet and perfect on the inside.

Everything tastes homemade, authentic, and cooked with love. If you want real comfort food done right, this is the place. Highly recommended!
