I have been here a few times. Good experience 1st time… not last time…I’m Hispanic and at times I engage with attendants in English because it’s my first language and more comfortable (my Spanish is not great). One of the cashiers continued to answer my husband and I in Spanish. It irritated me because I would not do that to another person. It was rude and she knew it. She understood because she responded correctly in Spanish. Not sure what that display was all about but it left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended. The other cashier politely would speak to me in English and could see the other girl made her uncomfortable. I pay, leave tips and this is the treatment we get. Unacceptable. Oh… and clean out your ketchup dispensers! There is sticky stuff in your condiments! Do better! Going to Vicky’s next time!!!!

Ordered a cubano. It was decent. I really would prefer different bread on the cubano. But this my preference. Desserts and coffee were great. Service was friendly.

Customer service here is terrible. The cashier Shachely does not know what she is doing. I requested a mocha and she said they don’t have it. I pointed to the chocolate powder that was sitting at the coffee machine and said all they have to do is add the chocolate powder to a cafe con leche. She said they can’t do it but I know that they can because I have ordered it before. I usually tip the cashiers but I did not tip her.

Messed up my whole breakfast and I spent $8 on a sandwich with $2 tip. The eggs are so bad, have no seasoning and stink overcooked to brown color all around, it’s basically inedible. I had to remove it from my bacon egg and cheese. Who screws ups eggs?

I ordered a catering platter quite actually a few for my party when I got back the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I don’t know why someone would give this less than five stars. The people were very friendly. The food was right on time when I picked it up and the quality was excellent.

Absolutely love Cao Bakery! This Cuban bakery is a must-visit. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The pastries are delicious, the Cuban bread is on point, and the desserts are next level.
The coffee is strong and perfectly made, just how it should be, and the service is fast and friendly. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, a quick cafecito, or something sweet, Cao Bakery never disappoints. Highly recommend! ☕

Awesome breakfast with the eggs exactly like they were ordered. The pastries were fresh, exceptional attentive attention provided. The store was well stoked. They have a delicious variety of empanadas and deserts. I for sure will return with family and friends.

Delicious, there’s no need to look for a little cuban bakery or a little canthina. This is a sure win overall. You’ll definitely be happy. I had a Cuban sandwich that was delicious. And also guava and cheese pastries.

Everytime I go to this store pick up food delivery and the lobby is closed, I’ve to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive thru. Why don’t you have a pick up window for delivery drivers because sometimes the order is ready but you sit in the drive thru for almost an hour just to pick up. Terrible management.
( thanks for your response and willingness to make our pick up experience better )

Wow, this place is excellent! CAO so tasty and so rea$onable! Great coffee, snacks to complete dinners but so far, at least the Hallandale location near Dixie, is phenomenal. The best part is the service, especially Marisol A. She was efficient, polite and very proud of the service she gave…like if you pulled up to her house. Cortadito, sandwichito, pastelito… todo rico!
