I gave a 4/5 stars as there can always be improvements. Overall, our meal was delicious, customer service was amazing, setting (including restrooms) were clean, stocked, and orderly. Definitely will be coming back! During our visit, we had the Southwestern Burger with fries, this was delicious and NOT overly spicey just a tiny hint that got your nostrils flaring but your tongue safe. The aioli was yummy! We also had the cheese burger with fries and chicken strips with fries, both delicious and plentiful. Very generous amounts of fries for each meal. Was able to split each for two as the recipients couldnt decide on one or the other. Good deal!

Party of 5. Everything we tried was good. Loaded baked potato. Chicken strips. Chili fries. Buffalo Mac. The jaguars were active and playing the entire time we ate. It was a nice warm relaxing space after seeing all the animals in the chilly December weather.

First the Pros- the restaurant is very clean and cute. Staff is super nice. Now the cons- The images make the restaurant look super nice like is actual caves(silly me thought they actually built the restaurant inside a mountain wall)but once you there you realize it’s the Disney’s Cars version of caves. Based on the reviews and description, I thought this was an actual sit down restaurant. It’s a fast food restaurant where the food is just as tasty as cafeteria food and you order it at a cashier then sit down. The kids chicken tenders were soggy and it’s just processed meat Pattie’s with overcooked, unsalted fries. The kids hamburger is the same as the adult one just smaller and they give you tomato, lettuce and tomatoes with the adult one. The baked potato with pulled pork on top was just that and tasted like what we make at home. For the price of the food, and taste or lack of,we will not choose to eat there ever again.
