Recently I discovered this wonderful (and somewhat mysterious) restaurant. It’s part of an affluent residential community just north of Castle Rock and has the ambiance of a private club.
We dined on the open air back deck and enjoyed a crispy brussels starter, savory wild mushroom pizza and a chilled glass of Chardonnay. Our server, A.J. was knowledgeable and friendly. Given the quality of the food and service, we’ll be back soon to sample more of the menu.

We’ve been to Canyon House a few times. Their Host and Management are lovely people, always seat us promptly, servers (Kaia looking at you!) are kind, knowledgeable and provide excellent recommendations. The food is fantastic, highly recommend their twice cooked wings, and the short rib ossa buco. Love their cockfails. My winter favorite has been the sweater weather! Five stars!

My wife and I share a birthday and decided to check out Canyon House to celebrate. We had such a great experience! The food was delicious, priced very reasonably. We brought our relatively picky kids and they had great options for them.
The whole staff was very welcoming and made our birthday celebration special.

Great hidden gem in Castle pines located in The Canyons development. The restaurant atmosphere is very welcoming with indoor and outdoor seating area. The food has a good mix of cuisine from pizza and burgers to salmon and steak. Overall it was a good experience.

Came in for lunch with my fiance on valentine’s day and Brooke was our server. It got busy quickly and she seemed to be the only server but she managed everything very well! Not to mention the food was so good!!! Highly recommend both the Canyon House for a nice upscale but also casual meal. Make sure to ask for Brooke!!

We had such a great experience at the canyon house! Cameron was our bartender and was amazing. His service and drinks were exceptional. The burger was so good… and we took his suggestion of adding an egg on top, which made it that much better. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful long lunch at Canyon House. Brooke was our server. They have an amazing variety of drinks and food. Everything was excellent. There was a nice level of activity at the restaurant but it was quiet enough for conversation.

The butternut squash penne was phenomenal. I’ll be back just for this dish. I can’t wait to try some of the other dishes and I noticed that someone else’s hamburger looked incredible so I’ll be back for that too. I had some specialty cocktail with Cabernet in it and I think tequila it was one of a kind. I really liked it.
