The man who answered the phone is rude, I tried to order an item and wanted a substitution on 1 item, he said he wouldn’t and hung up, then would not answer my calls back.
Disgusting way to run a food outlet, he needs to learn how to talk to customers better.
I’ve been a customer for years, I will not be ordering from there again, it’s a shame too, because it’s always delicious.

The man that answers is horrendous. He doesn’t know how to use the card machine, he is disgustingly rude, and he will most definitely cus at you if he feels necessary. I spend way too much money here because 85% of the time their food is good and my driver, i usually have one, is amazing. We love him. However, the absurdity of trying to order is almost to much. I want to say one more time .. shout out to the driver! He is awesome!!!
