I have been ordering from this restaurant for 4 years now.. At least once a week… Tonight they forgot my crab rag tonight… Every single time I order I always order a small or a large Crab Ragoon. With whatever I’m ordering. Every single time.. Tonight they did not Bring my crab ragoon. They told me they would bring it back to me . Well they are less than one mile away for me. Never showed up this was 8 hours ago.. As a customer 4 years now, I feel as if they truly do care about money not their actual customers.. This is not the first time I had a situation of these people.. I Have worked in the same restaurant for over 17 months now. When my regulars do not order the same thing that they always order, I always ask them just to double check it.. we get around 250 to 300 customers a day the time I am There.. So being a customer 4 years ,they cannot be bothered to come back less than a mile away when they told me that they would…. Honestly jade garden has way better Chinese food.. It’s just they don’t deliver themselves they use DOORDASH and Canton wok IS closer to my home…. Honestly I am so done spending money at this restaurant.. I will continue going to JADE GARDEN ..I had been there several times but only when I’m at work because it’s close to my work. ..

So yummy! Honestly, we live quite close to this place, but hadn’t yet given it a try because it looks a bit sketchy. Wish we had tried it out sooner!! The food was great! Best lo mein I’ve had in this area for sure.

I ordered food through grubhub for my brothers birthday…kept saying preparing…I called canton wok to see if they knew what was going on…the “man” if that is what you want to call him, was extremely rude to me because grubhub had not picked up my order, and hung up on me. Welp, I got a refund “man” even though it was grubhub’s fault as they had no drivers available.

Great food but order on line and order equals $43 go inside and it’s $60 plus. Call to get it fixed was charged an additional meal which I didn’t order. Was put on hold and hung up on. I used to love this place and would drive the distance needed for their food. Obviously changed owners. 5 pieces of steak in pepper and onions? Over priced and poor portions for the price you pay. Will definitely go to Bath next time. They have good flavor and equally good customer service!

The crab Rangoon’s were airy and not to greasy at all, and the general tso’s was amazing, very crispy with a perfect amount of spicy and sweetness! I highly recommend this place, and as a bonus, they deliver to Lisbon! I’d add a photo of the rangoons, but I already ate them!

I went there and got the grossest rice, greasiest chicken fingers. It was so nasty I threw it in the trash. And they’re cooking facilities looks very dirty. Disgusting.

Portions are big, flavors lacking. Boneless ribs are big pieces of pork, but little flavor. Chinese donuts cure a sweet tooth. Chicken wings were very good, meaty, well seasoned and well cooked. Egg roll was heavy and a bit greasy. Wonton soup is ok.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My wife and I walked in an ordered four meals totaling close to 55.00. We were going to order a second set of meals and the man behind the counter was extremely rude. He didn’t want to make the second order because he said “ there is no one here to make the food, it’s only me” no one was calling when we were ordering. He kept sighing and shaking his head with a simple request and kept saying he didn’t have specific items still on their menu. Horrible service. I would NEVER go there again and I would tell everyone to NOT go there. Just asking for garlic sauce on chicken wings led to a complete attitude that wasn’t even worth it. I wanted to refund the other order and just leave it there.
