HORRIBLE service from this place . GO TO CARTERSVILLE NUTRITION! Same thing but they actually KNOW the menu and don’t say “I don’t know” to EVERY. SINGLE. QUESTION! And u can customize your drinks and they know how to layer more than 2 colors . The blonde long haired girl literally didn’t know ANYTHING out of the 10 questions I asked . My bf was getting upset because I started saying “what do you know?” After the 7th IDK from her . She’s wearing a white hat and dark green crewneck today Monday the 24th of November if management wants to look into this girl . She even tapped my card without doing a military discount . Beyond upset with the service . I settled for the fruit roll up drink because she couldn’t answer a single question I had . And my bf got a caramel macchiato drink of some sort.

Absolutely sweetest owner, she is always so engaging and so polite. Every-time i visit it’s personable from the shakes to the tea to the conversation. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. And even better she has additional flavors for the different seasons and things going on. Love it.
