We visited Cantine Milano after meeting Florin, a member of the team, at their restaurant in London. He told us that if we were ever in Milan we should come and visit, and we’re so glad we did.
The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Florin looked after us incredibly well and made the evening feel very special with his knowledge, warmth, and attention to detail. The rest of the team were also welcoming and professional, creating a lovely atmosphere.
We tried the wine tasting which was excellent, and for food I had the sea bass while my partner had the beef – both dishes were absolutely delicious.
A wonderful dining experience and truly outstanding service from Florin. We will definitely return next time we’re in Milan.

It’s hard to be smart in Milano when you should decide where to eat so we visited Cantine Milano and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The ambience is charming, cozy, and immediately makes you feel relaxed. Their wine selection is impressive, offering something exceptional for every taste. The food was truly outstanding — every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The staff, Nader was our “guide”, was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The whole atmosphere was so relaxed that we even ended up singing together with everyone for a random birthday celebration . It was such a fun and memorable moment. The overall experience felt warm, personal, and delightfully spontaneous. If they continue keeping this level of quality and hospitality, we will definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great night out in Milan.

We used Google translate to chat about the food and there was a translated English menu so we could order with confidence and ask for tips from the staff.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Cantine Milano! While the wine list is obviously top-notch, the food and service were equally fantastic. We received excellent guidance on choosing the right wine and how to pair it perfectly with our meal. Everything was delicious, but whatever you do, don’t miss the Praline di Baccalà.

Stopped here upon arriving in Milan – it will always be my first stop on future visits. An absolute delight from greeting to goodbye. Cute little restaurant on the outer rim of the city. Quaint and quiet neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and had excellent wine knowledge.
I had meatballs for course one and the slow roasted beef for course two. The meatballs were not at all what I expected- deep fried and NOT served in marinara. The slow beef was good.
The wine though was the game changer for me.
Will definitely be back to explore further

We were presented with some 30 page wine menu telling us that their concept was first to choose the wine before even knowing what we wanted to eat . The wine prices start from over 500 euros, but the last pages has some affordable prices. Food is ok but nothing above normal. Overall a tourist magnet. Can’t believe in TripAdvisor is ranked in the top 20 restaurants.
