I went to Cantina 52 a couple of weeks ago with my husband and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The server was brand new and very professional, bartender made the yummiest drinks, and the owner was utterly hilarious. You can tell that he truly cares about the business and providing a positive experience. They also had a musician performing that night who was absolutely fantastic! We will absolutely be dining – and enjoying margaritas – here again!

The service was great! We were really disappointed in the guac, chips, and especially the margaritas. They were incredibly sour and the strawberry basil one was undrinkable. Thank you to the great wait staff for being so kind and attentive, but ownership should really reassess their menu.

2 stars for the food, 5 stars everything else! Music and vibes are awesome. Extensive drink list. Margaritas are very good. The pineapple jalapeño marg is actually SPICY. We’ve eaten here 4 times and it has never been good. The best thing we’ve had (by far) is a pizza. It’s simply not a place to go for a good meal. They rely on the fun drinks to draw people in. I will say the guacamole street corn is good. Next time I’ll take the free chips and salsa and a few rounds of drinks.

When we arrived on-site there was still a couple of dirty tables they cleared up a table for us right away and sat us right away, we waited about 10 minutes for menus and for somebody to just take our drink order. We got our drink order wrong the first time which we completely understand after finding out at the bartender was the only guy that was tending the entire restaurant on a Friday night which was pretty full. We did notice that the owner was in as well he was sitting at the end of the bar having a few drinks just hanging out which in my professional opinion and being a business owner of my own I believe he should have gotten up and definitely given the bartender a helping hand. (The only reason we knew he was the owner was because of the table behind us made a comment about it) Again the bartender was amazing he did what he could when he could but we were waiting about 15-20 minutes in between intervals for him to come and check up on us it took forever to get our food. which was mediocre we were not too crazy about the concept is cool but the food was okayish. They had a guest DJ or whatever he was which was playing straight up a Spotify playlist he had a full mix table didn’t really do much with it kind of disappointing it was just a normal radio playlist we were expecting a little bit more. There are quite a bit of restaurants up and down the strip which I would go to first before coming here this would be like my last resort. Very disappointed especially with all the hype around this bar
