Can’t wait to go back, try more dishes and enjoy the atmosphere.
However, the fusion food is not for me, I’m afraid. Not surprising, since I tend to be a creature of comfort when it comes to food. Next time, I think I’ll try to order something more basic to see if I like it better.
Can only recommend, come out and try it out!
I love the service and great atmosphere to enjoy a bite to eat and a drink!!!
In general, the quality of the food and the portion sizes have been shrinking for a while now. On our last Saturday night visit, I ordered a $6 side of seasoned fries for starters and received a very small portion of fries with just salt on them. I politely asked the waiter if these were the seasoned fries or regular fries by mistake. He said “well, our seasoned fries just have salt” and I laughed that “salt technically is a seasoning, I guess”. I was going to leave it at that, but he offered to put some taco seasoning on them, if I wanted and I thanked him. A while later an older gentleman, rather rudely slapped the fries down on the table and immediately walked way without a word. The fries pictured are the 2nd attempt ones. They just had even more salt than originally and were inedible at this point. My waiter eventually came back and asked how they were and I told him that it seemed they only added more salt and I can’t even eat them now. He said, “Oh, no! I’m sorry!” and raised his hands helplessly in the air. My friend and I decided to cut our evening short. We asked for the check and the waiter took the fries away with the plates. We were charged for them and he just apologized again, so the cost of the fries were his tip!
That older gentleman who slapped down the fries had also rudely gawked at us for requesting a booth when the two of us came in, saying, “Oh, no, no, no. The place would fill up later so you have to sit at the table if there are only two of you,” but it certainly didn’t. Not one person came after us until we left, so I guess the place is getting a reputation for going downhill. They didn’t even have their advertised karaoke going on. It was just us and 2 other tables, though.
I get the economy is tough right now, but as a business owner, you’re not going to stay afloat by ripping off your regular guests with overpriced false advertising and rude service. I will sadly not be back.
Only recommendation I have is that they get slots (;
