Atmosphere is very nice. We recieved water chips and salsa quickly and our drink orders taken. The menu has some unique items like different street tacos. I got salmon taco and wife got fajitas. The margaritas where very good. The fresh made guacamole was the best. The salmon tacos where very good with a coleslaw that was very good.

Ummm, are there any job openings in Pella??? I’ve got to move here so I can eat at this restaurant more often. Living 2 hours away ain’t gonna cut it. Hands down, the best place I’ve eaten, and to top it off… about 1/2 the price I’m used to paying at a restaurant!

We were seated quickly then waited over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge our table. The waitress, Claudia, was terrible. She couldn’t be less enthused if she had to be. She was so rude! Our food was ok. Warm and very very large portions. We’ve been here before and had excellent food & service. Maybe it was an “off” night. Unsure but we won’t be back. Claudia’s attitude was the nail in the coffin. No thank you

The first time I visited this restaurant was on my 19th birthday about a year ago, it was everything I could have asked for. The food was amazing, service was exceptional, and price was as to be expected. However, as much as I hate to write this review. It must be said. I visited for the second time on November 7th, 2025 which was the day after my 20th birthday. I went with three friends around 7, so yes it was a full house. We were seated right away and given menus. However it took 10 minutes for our waitress to come back and ask for our drink orders. Once we all began to order, my friend who has been 21 for almost a year now wanted to order a margarita. Of course the lady asked for her Id, which is very understandable. However she looked at it for about five minutes and while doing so she asked questions about wha drink she wanted. She mumbled, spoke fast, and had such an attitude. My friend had to ask what she was trying to say 5 different times because the waitress kept talking to fast without speaking up. I assume she thought my friend had a fake ID because she wasn’t sure what she was asking for in the drink. After that situation, she demanded my other friends ID. Did not ask and did the same as before. Once we were done ordering she takes our chips and dumbs the salsa all over my bowl. Walks away and that was the last we seen of her. Our food took about 30 minutes, and my friends food was brought out first and mine was five minutes later. Once mine was brought out, it was this HUGE burrito wrapped in tinfoil. No sides or rice. I order the Super Burrito. Once I opened the tinfoil my burrito immediately fell apart, like a bowl. The only thing in it was meat and cheese. Nothing else. After that a man walked over asking if everything was ok. It took me five minutes to explain this is not was I ordered. I ordered a big burrito, not a fall apart burrito only meat bowl. After that five minutes he takes the burrito back to the kitchen to be rewrapped. That took like five minutes and by the time it came back it was cold. I paid 16$. The whole time we never received refills on our drinks, I ran out before my food even came out. No refills on salsa or chips either. I will mention, the lady who disrespected us at the beginning kept eye balling us, but never refilled our waters or asked how our service was. Completely terrible service and food. I get this restaurant is a popular place but have respect and good service no matter how busy!

Started as we walked in the woman at the counter dirty looked us and walked away. Our waiter was thee most disrespectful man ever. Starred at my wife the whole time never spoke to any if the other 4 people in our group came out a flirted with my wife offering her shots on the house and no one else at the table was offered shots. He kept coming back out and trying to talk to her with all is sitting there. Overall a very irritating experience will never go back there.

Amazing atmosphere, fairly clean, and the staff is great. My carne asada was very flavorful but slightly over cooked. Some of my ends were so over done they were crisp. The parts that I could eat were amazing.

The service here is AMAZING!! So quick, so helpful, and so good! We got chips right away at our table. We hadn’t even gotten halfway through them when we got our drinks. And only a few minutes more to get our food. The food here has big portions and tastes amazing. They even have a section where the food is cooked in coconut oil, which is much appreciated. 10/10, would highly recommend!!

Great food. The only place I absolutely have to go every time I’m in Pella. Also managed to get a great vegan plate, which is hard enough to find in town.

Veg fajita: 10/10
Guac molcajete: 9/10
Arroz con pollo: 10/10
Queso: 10/10

Best Mexican food in the Pella area, hands down! The portions are large, prices a bit high (but reasonable), and the service is super friendly and fast. They have homemade tortillas and fresh chips with salsa. It’s a great spot for lunch or dinner. Go here!
