Let me tell you… estos tacos están de otro nivel. I pulled up thinking it was gonna be a quick little taco stop, pero noooo — Canelos said “ven, te vamos a dar amor en forma de tortilla.”
The tacos were super flavorful, juicy, and packed just right. The radishes were crisp, the cebollita fresh, and everything tasted like someone’s tía was in the back putting her whole corazón into it.
Y la horchata? BABYYYYY… 10/10 sin miedo al éxito. Creamy, sweet, y just perfect. Mi perrito even looked jealous like he wanted a sip too (but don’t worry, he didn’t get any ).
Also shoutout to the food truck vibes — bright, clean, and you can smell the deliciousness desde el carro.

Super glad I did that. This place is THE BEST tacos and Birria in Amarillo!! Bar none!! You won’t be disappointed you came, I can guarantee that.
