In the day. The girl running it now is not very friendly. They totally lack professionalism and courtesy. They never have “enough” bread. They never answer their phone when open. Just horrible overall. Bread is delicioso but not worth the headache of dealing with them.

The owner is rude, cold, and unpleasant. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Yes, the pan dulce is delicious but still, it’s just not worth the headache. Saw her being pleasant and friendly to one customer and did a 360 on us. Will not give them another dime.

Historically, this is the best Mexican pastry. Stays fresh longer. A student told my son, who’s a police, “Sir, go eat a donut!” My son answered, “I’m Mexican. I eat pan duice from Canela’s!”
