The best Mexican restaurant in town I got the “Muscle …” (I don’t remember the name) Basically, Surf and Turf. And it was really good!! Along wit a side of flour tortillas it was exactly what I expected. Delicious! I also got a Cucumber Michelada. (A Michelada it Basically tomato juice and beer but its really good) They are very filling so make sure to leave room for the food.
My waitress was incredible. She brought me anything I needed and talked me into trying the Queso Dip. It was really good too.
It’s and authentic Mexican restaurant experience for sure. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I will definitely be going back for more.

Man – I hate to be the critic here in light of all these glowing reviews, but our meals was nothing like what others say.
The margarita was barely more then flavored water. The beef in my burrito was very flavorful, but nothing other than gristle. The enchiladas were ok. The highlight of the meal was the chips themselves were good, but the salsa wasn’t much more than tomato puree with some spices.
It’s a huge restaurant, but there was only one other table with people when we were there. By the other reviews, I feel like maybe we had the B team cooking for us. I left a good tip because the service was very good.

So, so, so good. Amazing margs, smoky salsa, and their basics are heads above other Mexican restaurants in the area. Beautifully plated, great service. Best enchilada I’ve had in years. Great for the whole family but with enough class for a great date night!

The menu is impressively extensive, spanning seven pages and featuring everything from appetizers and favorites to traditional and combination plates. The service was friendly and efficient, with the food arriving promptly. Prices are reasonable and not overpriced, which is always a plus.
The food itself is delicious and full of flavor. One minor drawback is the small salsa bowls, which require breaking the chips in half to dip. Despite this, the quality of the food makes it worth revisiting to explore more of the menu.

This was my second time at Candiles and I’m telling you. This is by far the best Mexican food restaurant in the area. Maybe in all of Kansas! I ordered street tacos with steak and asked them to add cactus. Soooo good! They even make their own corn tortillas.
Will be back again no doubt.

Finally tried it out after hearing good things. I thought it would just be “another mexican restraunt,” but was pleasantly surprised, it was not! Huge food selections, traditional, authentic, even seafood options.
The service was great! Very attentive and friendly!
The food…So delish!! The Tropical Burrito is a new fave! In fact, went back the next day and had it again!

I needed beans and rice to feed 50 people for a party and called super short notice by short I mean 1 hour away from the party and when I called I explained my predicament and they answered and said “come on by we have it now” they gave me a great price and super friendly. Everyone at the party were astonished by how delicious the beans and rice were. 100% recommend Tacos and Tequila
