First time going and noticed a lot of thing that left a bad taste for me.
1) arrived as they opened but they didn’t have churrasco (i drove over an hour away to get this food and they weren’t prepared with the items on their menu)
2) ordered the guava and cheese pastries and the girl behind the register failed to tell me i needed to take my receipt to another area to get them. By the time i got my food they had already sold out of those specific pastries and i had to get a refund on the ones i ordered because they were not going to make more (again drove over an hour away for this)
3) not a single person that worked there sounded like an actual cuban so i doubt there was authenticity but maybe i missed something
On a positive note the reason i did not give them 1 star is because the cuban sandwiches and fried yuca were actually good and delicious. Although a bit over priced but i guess you pay more in a place like Alabama when they don’t usually have these kind of cuisines in the area.
Hopefully they get it together and do better soon
