Took my mom out to Cancun in Sutherlin and we both loved it! She had the taco salad and I had the asada burrito with shredded beef—both were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Great service and a comfortable atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

With great food, service, and atmosphere…I highly recommend trying Cancun! The Chipotle Chicken is exceptional and is mild for those who don’t care for spice. I also enjoy the new York steak here as well! Oscar, Mario, and Nick all provided us with fantastic service and beverages! This a frequent spot i visit!

This 5th of May, Must have the Cadillac margarita! Fish tacos and enchiladas are to die for but everything we’ve tried on the menu is as well. Ask for the hot sauce aside your chips and salsa! Authentic Mexican cuisine , a relaxing atmosphere and the best server of all. Give Oscar a chance to make you a home cooked meal and you will never be disappointed. Feel like we are a part of his family, and that’s just the Cancun mexican and seafood restaurant way!
Best Mexican food in the roseburg/sutherlin/oakland area! We’ve been here multiple times now over the past few months, it’s our new favorite spot for food and cocktails. My husband is obsessed with the carne asada burrito and the Cadillac margaritas! He also loves the chili relano burrito. I am pregnant so can’t try the booze yet but I’ve had the Colorado burrito, chicken enchiladas, the Pork burrito, and the chicken chimmichanga and all were fabulous. It’s hard to choose what to eat when everything is so good! Fresh rice and beans and chips and salsa. The server is just the nicest man, always making me a perfect raspberry or stawberry lemonade or a virgin starwberry margarita, and their pay system is quick and easy with a tablet running the card at the table. Never do the drinks go empty! Decore and music is lovely, very chill atmosphere and always wonderful food at fair prices. Will continue to be our go to date night, afterwork bite and family get together spot. When kiddo comes, he’ll enjoy it too! Family friendly restaurant, would give 10 stars if I could.

We absolutely love the food and service here. We try a different dish every time and haven’t been disappointed yet. Their fajitas chicken is so delicious and tender. We have been there over a dozen times in the last few months. They have great margaritas and a large menu selection. You need to try this place.

Very good Mexican place in a tiny town surprisingly! The service is always good, the atmosphere is nice and the food is great! I had the lunch fajitas and the chicken fajita meat was so good, no off flavor, which is usually what I encounter, It was even yum the next day!

My wife, Prescilla and I have known Oscar for years now. After he left Carlos Restaurante in Winston to open Cancun in Sutherlin, we wished him luck and success.
We have dined there often, and we feel that his menu offers the best Mexican food in Douglas County. We have always found Cancun to be clean and welcoming, the food delicious, the service friendly and warm.
Oscar is the hardest working business owner we know of, busting his ass to give his customers the best, surviving the covid pandemic and the economic challenges of his first years. He has put his heart into this while keeping his Christian values in sight, closing only on Sundays. We don’t know of Oscar taking any other time off. His customer comes first, he even plays Prescillas favorite song on his sound system.
We highly recommend Cancun Mexican Restaurant in Sutherlin to everyone.
