Honestly excited to try it but I wish the food tasted as good as the photos looked- I read reviews on a number of places in the area and the reviews from here sounded good. I got the steak fajitas, they came out Luke warm and the meat was very very very tough, the beans were fine and the rice was okay but didn’t have much flavor. My kid also got a “mexican pizza” and since there was no description on the kids menu of what it was we were thinking it would be similar to Taco Bell’s Mexican pizza- it was a literal freezer pizza from the grocery store… not even a good one, they just microwaved it so it was a floppy doughy mess. The waitress was very nice and the restaurant itself was clean, the food was just very subpar.

Is a real mexican restaurant, where you are treated with amabilty and a smile. The portions are big and delicious! We will come back for sure!

This place deserves some love. Super cute atmosphere, very clean, friendly servers, delicious food, good prices. We got the combo fajitas for 2 – it was enough to feed a small village.

It was super quiet when we went (Monday night). The other Mexican restaurants here in Kingsport were packed. We will definitely be making this our new regular spot ️

Had a wonderful experience here. Our waiter was on par and very attentive. We were sat within two minutes of walking in. I drinks were order and served within 5 minutes of sitting. The chips were fresh and warm. Also unsalted, which is nice when you can control home much you want on them. The salsa and guacamole was excellent. Our dinner was amazing and very filling for the portions that you got. Paying the bill was easy as ever. There is a fee for using your card. You are made aware of it prior to being seated.

Amazing atmosphere, best Mexican food in town, and great service. The music is tasteful and not too loud. Got the fajitas for two and the vegetables and meat were cooked and seasoned perfectly. My new number one choice for Mexican food in Kingsport.

By me being Latina, I know the Latin flavor.
I recently visited Cancun and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service was excellent, and the place was very clean and welcoming. However, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. The taco meat was dry, the salsas lacked any real spice or flavor, and the rice was overcooked. Additionally, the wok had a strong fishy smell and was served cold. Overall, while the ambiance and staff were great, the food quality needs improvement.

The salsa was pretty plain. No heat, no spices to speak of. My Pollo Fiesta was good. I thought it had way too much cheese, but some might like that. The veggies were great on a bed of rice, topped with chicken. Next time I’ll ask for no cheese. My husband ordered the Nachos Cancun with added chorizo and he was quite pleased. They did not skimp on the toppings for his meal. My mom had the Pollo Parilla and it was also great. It comes in a steaming hot griddle with onions, peppers and topped with pineapple. Hers also came with beans and rice. Overall the meal was good.
