I love Can Bar! Daniel made sure I found the right beer from their amazing selection. The owner must know their beer! Layered nachos!! Not just a pile of stuff on top. All the food has been consistently good for years and the staff if fantastic! It’s is also a great place for our gluten free friends ❤️

Couldn’t believe how welcoming this bar was. Different vibes in the front and back. Never would have guessed Seattle was once called Rat City, but loved how white center leaned into this, and spaces like this seem poised to really curate a art walk focused on fostering community and showcasing true unique expressions of creativity. Perfect space for a quick bite and drinks with friends from all over the region

This place was amazing! Our friend took us here and it was great. Unassuming from the outside. Nice environment inside. Amazing food! We got the smoked wings (so good!) and the nachos (so good!). Real nice owner – Dave. He treated us to a flour-less chocolate cake with ice cream just to be nice. So good. And the area in the back looks so cool for when the weather gets nicer. The seats weren’t super cumfy for my friend – oh well.

I can honestly say it’s the best “dive bar” I’ve been to. We’ll be back for sure.

Great job Dave and team!

Decor is nautical modern.

Parking was easy to find.

From the bar staff to the patrons, this is a great spot in the heart of white center. I love the Junction in West Seattle, but this joint is ALWAYS a phenomenal time with good eats and a killer selection of brews and spirits. Love it here. They know my name and always treat me beyond amazingly. Great spot. HIGHLY recommend.

Dogs allowed on the patio! Yes!!!
We came expecting a bar scene – which is has – but it also had really good food. Sandwiches are the mainstay here but done proper. Fries were great and both meals were filling. Excellent service from the second we walked in. Very attentive and just overall good experience. Cocktails also very nice with lots of selections. Will be back. This side of white center doesn’t seem to get as much love as the main strip – but it sure should. The patio here is highly recommended- the decor is whimsical and fun.

Love the Dixie Fish sandwich, and I don’t even like fish. Just for that, five stars! Best french fries anywhere. Love their patio. Love the beer selection and the whole vibe. Service is always incredible. I’ve never had a beer I don’t like, and I try something new every time. They always give great recommendations if you’re specific in what you’d like to try!

A hidden gem with a relaxed, welcoming vibe! Whether you’re flying solo or out with friends, this spot is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a well-poured beer (I got to pour my own beer too). The bartenders are warm, attentive, and make you feel like you’re reconnecting with a friend you haven’t met yet.

Though I didn’t get a chance to sample them myself, word on the street is that the nachos are the stuff of legend—truly the bee’s knees. I’ll definitely be back to find out for myself!

They have over 45 beers ice cold at all times!

This was our first time going. We were recommended by a friend. We sat in the patio area. It was really cool how they decorated the patio, old doors, mismatched tables and chairs, it was really cool. I had the corn beef with coleslaw and a watermelon beer. My husband had the deluxe burger with fries and garlic mayonnaise and chili. Everything was so tasty. The server was really nice. They do allow dogs on the patio, next time we go we are bringing the girls.

My only beef is with the the ceviche, menu says it’s citrus based but doesn’t mention its tomato based. Totally different styles of ceviche.
That aside:
-The burger is phenomenal
-the fries are great!
-The veggie sandwiches rule, love LOVE the treehugger wow! It’s a veggie bread bomb w great flavor. And the black bean burger is tasty too.
-the smoked wings slaaaaaaaap
-the jive Turkey is low key delicious
-the beef dip is dry, meh
-Angels corned beef was incredible
-the buffalo chicken had very dry chicken wet with sauce but the salad portion is good
-do not sleep on the sauces menu!
-the Wedge is aiight, the fried chicken option was a dry flat chicken breast fried w cornmeal
