Reviews
Original review below.
After finally getting pizza, they did give me two 10$ gift cards.
This is the 3rd time (out of 5) that they screwed up my delivery. After nearly an hour after ordering (36 minutes after notification that pizza was out for delivery), I called to find out what was going on. They asked the name on the order and immediately started apologizing. They said they made a mistake and they will be here in 20 minutes (we will see). Their pizza is delicious but I am done ordering delivery, prepaying a delivery fee and tip, and dealing with this. My family is hungry and ‘pizza and movie night’ is blown (again).
Apologies are great, but no money returned (again including prepaid tip and delivery fee online) is unacceptable for this kind of service. We will either pick up or (more likely) order from elsewhere.
Lame
A person called Harvinder who offered the free pizza called me right after I left the review and told me that I have to remove the review in order for them to give the promised free pizza or he won’t serve us anymore. I told him I won’t be removing the review because people need to know what happened that him requiring me to remove the review or he will blacklist me from the restaurant is illegal, so he said he won’t give the pizza and he will blacklist us from the restaurant, and he told us not to come to this store and hung up on me. Great job losing 5 families at once.
Never again at this restaurant.
First review:
I am a business owner, and my workers and I have been long term customers at this restaurant. One day we bought pizza from this place, and there was a plastic piece in the pizza that I found in my mouth. Upon complaining to the store, they offered a free pizza in return for their mistake. I tried to call a couple times to inquire about the pizza, and there was no answer. The following day I called to pick up the pizza but turned out they blocked my number. I called using my brother’s phone, and they answered right away, but they refused to give us the free pizza anymore. A free pizza is nothing compared to losing a long term customer and for having plastic piece in a pizza! Really poor Customer Service.
However, I have a recurring concern regarding the professionalism of one female employee who often works at the front counter. She consistently speaks at a loud , which can be distracting to other customers. More significantly, today (10/30) I observed her handling a customer’s order while actively talking on headphones. This behavior is not only highly unprofessional but also potentially compromises the clarity and focus needed for accurate service.
While the quality of the food and premises is excellent, such customer service habits detract from the overall experience. I recommend addressing this specific behavior to ensure your front-of-house operations match the high standards of your kitchen.
The actual workers here are all great people but it’s run by some cocky arrogant “Manager”, a manager who is so unknowledgeable to know the price of a basic large cheese pizza at a shop he manages.
I had few different pizzas and in between them he marked me up to $23 for a cheese pizza to make up for those promo deals, I questioned him and he quickly stuttered because he knew he was caught. I then made him tell me the price which took a few attempts to get out of him but he responded it’s 22.99 for a cheese. I showed him how that was incorrect according to their own website but he was too egotistical to accept his own mistake.
I would highly recommend everyone to order online because if you order from the phone he will mark up on orders. At the end of the day I told him to his face it’s only 4-5 bucks so it’s okay I’m not here to argue over this, but it’s important as a “Manager” you can accept and acknowledge we’re your wrong.
