My best friend ordered the Butter Chicken pizza online and did pick-up. Pizza was ready according to the estimated time given for pick-up. It was my first time having Can-Am Pizza, so it was also a first trying butter chicken pizza. It smelled good and tasted great! 2 slices were very filling. It fulfilled my butter chicken craving. Would definitely eat the butter chicken pizza again and looking forward to trying their other menu items in the future.

Have been ordering pizza from Federal Way location for a few years. It was always outstanding! Tried their calzone for a first time last week. Have to admit it was absolutely amazing! Best calzone I’ve had in a long time. Food is delicious! Highly recommend this location!

Placed order at 6:18, supposed to be ready at 6:48. Went in at 6:45 and was told nothing order came through but which could’ve been a civil interaction like adults the lady took it upon herself to yell back at the customer that nothing came through you came at the wrong location. Then a call to their own website’s customer service they got the order all along. No apologies, told to wait another 10 minutes then walked out with the pizzas at 7:25. Never this location again.

I recently visited this place and found the lady very helpful with good customer service skills. Unfortunately, the older gentleman made us feel uncomfortable, reacting as if we hadn’t paid for our order or as if we were doing something wrong.
That experience made this our first and last visit. Small businesses rely heavily on community support, and a lack of customer service especially poor attitude, body language, and emotional reactions can quickly drive customers away.

I ordered XL kadia paneer Pizza from CanAm Pizza Federal way location. First pizza dough looks like couple day old, thin crust and sauce flavor was also not good. I called at store phone number and talk to lady I guess they own pizza place she said they use two days pizza dough they not make every day fresh dough . I don’t recommend to buy old dough pizza $29.00 it’s not worth it.

This was my first visit to this Can Am Pizza location after trying others. Unfortunately, the pizza seemed stale, and the chicken lacked freshness, resulting in a disappointing experience. I won’t be returning to this location again.
They also haven’t given me any condiments that I usually get in other locations.

Great pizzas. Ask for appropriate level of spice as the default is pretty mild. The place has an option to eat there but is not really a dine in place.

Ordered 2 different types of crust a thin and pan crust and got 2 pizzas with exactly the same type of crust, when we went to call they said they had many calls about this and they were different, then he said the two pans are the same so he obviously was just making excuses instead of apologizing, pizza was also cold thin and greasy, like a reheated knock off costco pizza. Would have been passable if not for the horrible customer service from the owner. Please try to improve in the future “my freind”, culinary and social skills are found lacking and the over all experience feels like a waste of 50 bucks.
