Love this location, the food is the #1 reason I’m a frequent flyer + the portions are good for the price-I always declare I’m going to eat half & enjoy the rest later, but that has yet to come true.
Restaurant is set up as semi self serve and ambience could use some updating, but parking lot is convenient.

Unfortunately this review is solely on the staff at this specific location. We have dined at the other locations many times and LOVE the food and generally the customer service.
Saturday evening (10/11 around 4:30) I took my mother and two children in for an early dinner. This was my first time at this location as we frequent the Plano location more regularly. We entered and were not greeted, there were two staff members one man at the register area and a woman sitting at a table on her phone. We went ahead and chose a seat as we assumed this was a seated location just like the others. We waited a few moments to see if staff would greet us or even let us know if this was not a sit down service. We waited roughly 4-5 minutes and were continually ignored (even though we were literally the only customers there). We went ahead and walked out as another family came in and were nicely greeted and told they could order up front… would have loved that information as well. Will not be returning to this location and don’t recommend for a nice experience in customer service. Will gladly drive to the Plano location every time.

You order and pay up-front at the back of the room. The service was friendly and fast. The seat was clean and simple. The food was good but not great as far flavor goes. The chicken parmigiana was solid and cooked well, but just did not have any special pizazz that I was expecting. The historical photos and glads art was also cool.

Visited for the first time in 10 years in April 2024 – food was same as we remembered! Took us a minute to review the menu as arrived the literal menu that lunch ended ( we were looking forward the lunch special) – we ordered a large salad which they split for us as we both prefer different dressings – we ordered the artichoke hearts which were wonderful and a large pizza which was a little over cooked but still good – the servers were on a lunch break and I’m not sure if it was the owner ur manager who was at the register when we arrived, but whoever it was didn’t have the patience for use to review the menu asking the servers to stop their meal and wait for us. We didn’t take that long. Overall though, the food was delicious and we’ll definitely be back sooner than 10 years.

Not that good. Pizza is dry. Salad is ice berg lettuce soaked in just enough dressing to make it soft, but not enough to enjoy. The bread is ok the shrimp scampi appetizer is pretty good. It’s byob, so no cocktails to order. Way overpriced.

EDIT 8/3/23: I have downgraded the review because my daughter and I have had stomach issues since eating here. I should have known better than to eat lukewarm Alfredo sauce that probably had been growing bacteria for hours. There’s a reason why food must be kept hot!

Food was rather bland. Eggplant parmigiana had a fishy flavor in some bites (was it fried at the same time as seafood?), and the crust was hard and thick in places. We were warned the plates were hot but the food on them was not – it was not much warmer than room temperature. The prices were pretty high for the quality and portion size – we ordered fettuccine with Alfredo sauce and chicken, eggplant parmigiana, no appetizers, and it came to over $40. Restaurant is an order at the counter kind of place but they do bring the food to your table. The complimentary bread was good. The only dressing options for the side salads were vinaigrette or ranch.

First time I’ve ever been to one of these pizza joints and will never come back. The guy working there wasn’t much on customer service and the entire place just made me uncomfortable. Pizza was rough and the people that worked there did not want to be there. What was weird is having some mustang waiting outside to try to harass my wife and I. The entire section was very sketchy and I won’t go back. If you have a family and you love them, then go somewhere else.

Very expensive meal for 3. Ordered a large half and half house special pizza, 1/2 Greek and 1/2 everything, cost $36. A meat penne pasta costed $18…. I visited many restaurant, but this visit was a surprise for us in a neighborhood restaurant.
Regardless, great thin crust pizza.
Im not sure will I return.

Stopped by for lunch. Counter service place that brings you your food. A little dark for my taste atmosphere-wise. The food was pretty disappointing. The best thing was the house salad and that still needed some parmesan cheese. The artichoke hearts were bland. The butter sauce they were in wasn’t bad, but wasn’t amazing. It definitely is a “butter sauce” – not much to it beyond the butter. The spaghetti was a good portion, but the red sauce lacked flavor. I ended up adding a lot of parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to make it edible. The sauce had a nice, smooth texture though. The cheese bread that came with the spaghetti was greasy.

Red sauce and Alfredo sauce completely flavorless, except for the red sauce being overly sweet… Maybe they ran out of salt and garlic. Lasagna cold, and ravioli way undercooked. Eggplant parmesan overcooked and hard. Sunday lunch dining in at Campbell and Coit. Not sure what’s going on in the kitchen… This used to be a great place.
