We had a couple different items, my polish was good.

The deep dish pizza was amazing to me, the cheese was cheezing. The Italian beef on it was good, the pizza is pricey for a 12”.

I would still pay again, definitely going back for the pizza.

Im from Chicago and have lived there all my life, I miss the food so so much . When I came to Campiones I had high expectations , as soon as I walked in the atmosphere told me the food was gonna be phenomenal! It reminds me of a doggy diner I used to go to when I was younger. The food was absolutely fantastic! The beef sammich was great, the Chicago dog was great and around the same price as Portillo’s. The giardiniera was super crunchy and very flavorful. (I ate all of the giardiniera before I took the picture, thats my bad lol) The meatball sub was fantastic too my boyfriend loved it, I did not try it because I was too busy gorging on my beef sammich. We got a thin crust sausage and onion pizza and the crust reminds me of a place in Palos Heights called Little Joes Italian villa, the flavor is there, and the pizza comes out HOT.Overall 10/10 WILL be back again, I encourage every Chicagoan to come check this place out, seriously.

Finally got to try this GEM out, drove from Bowling Green, an hour away, and so glad I did. The Italian beef sandwich was amazing and the Chicago dog was as well. Fries were awesome too. Really wanted to get a hotel for the night so I could go here 2-3 times while leaving my big dog in the hotel but didn’t see any good hotel situations. So I left my dog in the car, grabbed everything to go and then came back home. Really need to try their pizza next time. Awesome place!!! Definitely a must if you’re in the area.

My husband is from Illinois so when he found this place on TikTok, I knew a trip from Knoxville would be coming. 4/5 stars on food due to the garlic bread with cheese being actually horrendous. Do not recommend whatsoever. My husband loved the pizza, and I quote “this is what a pizza is”. Service was 3 stars. Pros was the owner (I believe) noticed we had waited a bit and checked in with us and checked on the order, which would absolutely make it 5 stars. However, originally we got here at 12 not realizing that pizza (our main reason for the trip) was not served until 3. Hours posted for pizza was 3-7. Came back a little before 6 pm after spending some time in Nashville. We were then told the pizza wouldn’t be done until 6:50 and at that point we “would have to take the order to go”, which is the reason for the deduction of points for service. Additionally, it seems the hours for pizza are not actually 3-7 but really 3-5, with the exception of until 6 if you didn’t want to sit and eat in the restaurant, which is not ideal considering we had a 3 hour trip home and wanted to actually eat dinner. Probably won’t stop us from coming back, but will just have to plan accordingly.

I can’t brag about this place enough! I have been searching for Ohio thin crust pizza for awhile (iykyk). Domino’s is somewhat close, but true Chicago thin is it. Champione’s thin crust pizza delivered on quality, taste, and their customer service was a 10/10 as well. The crust was the perfect level of thinness and crispiness, the cheese was high quality, and it and the toppings were not skimpy. Highly recommended!

Went here while visiting Nashville for a few days after seeing a positive review of the restaurant on TikTok, so I had to try it out for myself. The deep dish pizza caught my eye but we were limited on time to be able to try the deep dish, so we tried a few other dishes instead. We tried the pepperoni and the sausage pizza puffs, the Italian beef sandwich and the Chicago dog. The pizza puffs had a nice crisp crust but was more like a pastry puff than a pizza crust. With the name “puff”, that may be what is intended but I guess I was expecting more of a pizza style crust. Both the sausage and pepperoni puffs were similar in flavor, as the sauce filling to me hid the flavors of the sausage and pepperoni. The sauce had a slight kick to it and while the puffs were good, I was a bit underwhelmed after seeing a video review of the puffs and expecting something much better. The sausage puff was a little more like a bolognese sauce to me. The Italian beef had a good flavor but the Giardiniera on the top of the beef made the bread a bit soggy pretty quickly. In other Italian beef sandwiches I’ve had in Chicago, the bun was slightly toasted to help the bread stay more firm after the Giardiniera was added. Also, the beef sandwiches I’ve had in Chicago were also toasted with fresh mozzarella on top of the beef, enhancing the flavor. The Chicago dogs were the typical Chicago style all beef dogs with sports peppers and relish but the bun was not steamed, leaving a cold bun which was disappointing. The crinkle fries were your basic fries but nice and crisp. The cost was about average. For the Italian sandwich, two dogs, two fries, 3 drinks, 2 pizza puffs and tip, it was right at $52. The staff was friendly and personable and the food came out within about 15 minutes or so. The decor was pretty cool with it decked out in Chicago memorabilia as seen in the photos I took. While the food was good and I would try again if I was in the area, it unfortunately was not worth the 45 minute drive from Nashville.

We are originally from the Chicago area and miss some of the food. Campione’s did not disappoint! Their Italian beef is spot on. The atmosphere is fun with all the Chicago sports memoriabilia. Can’t wait to try the deep dish pizza which we heard sells out on the weekends! So glad to have this restaurant close by.

Wow, what a sandwich! I was going to post a photo of the actual Italian beef, but I ordered it wet (with hot peppers) so my hands were, well, wet. Fries were great.

I can now say I have eaten the most amazing and most delicious pizza I have ever eaten in my 50 years of existence!!!
My wife and I got the supreme deep dish… From the amazing crust to each topping to the absolutely amazing sauce everything about it was A+++ and on point! The service was incredible as well as the Chicago decor.
If you just want to give your taste buds an explosion of flavor and feel like it’s a 4th of July party this is the place for you!
Beware though, this isn’t like a franchise pizza place – you want quality like this you will want to check out the website… You must call ahead for these flavor masterpieces and schedule a time for them to even prep and cook them… But sooooo worth it!
The owner even came out and made sure everything was good and discussed that the recipe was a multi generational Italian from Chicago.
Just an amazing overall experience!
