It’s my first time here, and it meets the mark for food and atmosphere. Service was good, but it did take a while for the various dishes to come out. However, the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the smokey olives and bass. The hummus was great, too. Although the broccoli was prepared with a lemon vinegarette, it also had a unique charred taste. The portion of broccoli was huge. The server knew her craft and was very efficient.

Loved our dinner at Campfire! The food was amazing. Very refined flavors in their extremely creative dishes. Our server was great, but overstretched. He had a backup helper who could be trained to do more than just poor water, which would greatly help lessen the load on the main server. Other than that we really liked the experience and our meal.

The service, staff and management are outstanding!!! Located in the main food district of Carlsbad California on State Street. This is definitely one of my new favorite go to restaurants when I visit San Diego’s North County area.

Wow! We secured Saturday night reservations for my birthday dinner just a couple hours prior. Upon arrival, I was handed a birthday card signed by the staff. Such a fun way to start the night! The entire ambience is gorgeous with a glamping theme – fire pits, furniture and a fun atmosphere. The servers were all super friendly and you could tell they loved working there. Each course was brought to the table by a different server that went out of their way to explain the ingredients and make sure everything was okay + authentic small talk. The broccoli was highly recommended by the server and although skeptical, we ordered it out of a challenge – seriously broccoli?! Yes, it was actually that amazing! We fought over the last bite and literally the plate was clean. The cocktails, octopus, steak and chicken were also amazing. The oysters were perfect. Smoked oysters but still raw. The s’mores dessert and my special birthday cookie dessert was amazing too. Overall I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back even if just for the broccoli!!

Wonderful dinner at Campfire! As vegetarians, we felt welcome and had lots of options. The cocktails were all very unique. We ordered the crudités, avocado (our fave), broccoli, oyster mushroom cavatelli and cheesecake. Can’t wait to go back to try more!

Had a great time celebrating my birthday dinner at Campfire. The staff signed a birthday card, which was super sweet. We shared their broccoli apperizer and bread, both were delicious. I ordered the chicken dish with carrots, and it was super flavorful. Fun atmosphere and creative drinks. Highly recommend!
