I visited here for dessert after having dinner at Firebirds.
There’s nothing outstandingly special about the custard while the presentation and decor of the establishment is well-done.
I got a dual scoop of vanilla with cookie bits, and it hit the spot and enjoyed it while sitting at a bench by the green space out front.
I have to give the venue a note for being a good location to bring the kiddos for a lower calorie treat option compared to what’s offered at the nearby restaurants with a space to play and burn it off afterwards.

Ice cream is great but the service is poor. 9/21 whoever the women is that works there has the most unwelcoming energy ever, borderline hostile. You all should really train your staff to act like they want to be there because it shows how they treat customers with their energy.

Very good custard ice cream. Mango was good, vanilla was creamier than Nathan’s. Or Swirlies. BUT those last two are made in a soft serve machine AS soft serve, not as custard. The chocolate butter dinner was good, want crammed full, the eater liked it. I weekend have preferred more actual pieces.
They had these little come things it came in on case it dropped. See photo. Ask this said, I would have preferred reg van ice cream. Not a custard fan and now I know this.

I had to try the Sweet Sophia Honey from the local store down the road. That honey mixed with that frozen custard is a recipe made in frozen custard heaven.
SO good! I came back for seconds (I’ll deny seconds up and down if you ask me in person) because 1. I have no self control and 2. It’s just that good.
Cant wait to go back. The flavors of the day have been worth it!

Love this place. There seems to be a little confusion in the reviews with people mistaking frozen custard and soft serve ice cream. Frozen custard is made with egg yolks, and so it has a little bit thicker texture. We happen to be huge fans of frozen custard and so absolutely how Campbell’s makes it. I don’t normally love vanilla flavored desserts but I make an exception for this place. We haven’t tried most of the special flavors, but the chocolate and vanilla are both very good–we typically bring home a quart and mix in our own toppings. We also LOVE the Oreo ice cream sandwiches.
