I’ve always been a fan of Camp 31’s competition ribs during Ribfest, but I just recently realized they have a full restaurant in Paris—had to check it out, and I’m glad I did!
I ordered the Camp 31 Burger with fries, and it was absolutely delicious. The burger had crispy charred edges with a tender, juicy, and flavourful centre—exactly how a great burger should be. The fries were golden and crispy on the outside and soft inside, cooked to perfection.
The real star for me was the original Camp 31 sauce—I’ve always loved it with their ribs, and now I dip my burger in it with every bite. It’s honestly addictive.
If you’ve only had their BBQ at events like I did, make the trip to the restaurant—you won’t regret it. I’m already planning my next visit.

The food was really good! At first I was skeptical about the portion size but it was enough food for me and more than enough for my friend. The gravy was on point, they have multiple sauces to choose from and the service was great.
My only complaint would be the amount of flies and they did have a sign on the door telling patrons to keep it closed but it was still problematic. Otherwise, would go again.

So, let’s start off stating that this weekend was definitely out of the ordinary with the Drinks Fest going on, so likely many people visiting at peak dinner time. But hey, we still managed to get a table pretty soon, even though the wait time was a bit long.
Our order of fried chicken and half rack BBQ ribs took about half an hour, and sadly the chicken wings were a bit of a letdown. They were oily and lacked flavor, but the bottles of sauces they had handy at the table helped a bit. On the other hand, the ribs were absolutely delicious! Fall-off-the-bone meat with the original sauce and Cajun being our favorites, we ended up ordering a full rack of ribs to follow! This was surprisingly served quickly.
The service was great, and the atmosphere inside was nice. But outside, the whole place had a strong sewage smell, which I’m sure was a bit of a let down for those who had patio seats (we could barely hold it together in the parking lot).
Overall, it was a decent place, but it could definitely use some improvement in the outdoor area and food prep times.

The food was good but the ribs were dry. Everything was flavoured well and the cornbread was nice but could have been fresh for the time we waited.

Delicious BBQ. Server was very helpful and kind. I ordered the onion straws and peppercorn burger with Mac and cheese.
At each table there is several different BBQ sauce flavours such as chipotle BBQ or applejack bourbon BBQ sauce.
You can also see Mater parked just outside the restaurant.
Convient location as it’s close to highway and within minutes of downtown Paris.

Amazing award winning bbq! You know them from your local RibFest as they travel to a bunch of them throughout the year but their sit-down restaurant is also fabtastic! Try all of their in-house bbq sauce flavors and order your favorite RibFest combos along with many more casual restaurant meals and appetisers. Drive an hour and a half to get there and would do it again!

Amazing BBQ in a down home country atmosphere! We had the ribs, pulled pork, smoked sausage, rib nibblets and brisket. All were excellent! Good variety of sauces to try! We ate our fill and still had plenty to take home!

My husband and I went there for my birthday and the restarunt was freezing cold. 90% of customers Including ourselves were wearing our winter jackets the whole time which was very unfortunate.
You get big portions and the price is right!
The ribs were disappointing. Not a lot of meat on them and were just ok.
Their original BBQ sauce is delicious!
The pulled pork is the best pulled pork ive ever had!
The sausage was dry and disappointing.
The fries are very good!
The corn bread was burnt and very crispy/hard on the outside and to me was disappointing and was just ok.
I would like to come back and try other food on the menu but I’ll come back in the summer so that we arent cold and uncomfortable while eating.
