Excellent flavor and this was my first time trying them. A little discrepancy with what the website states they sell and what they do. The website states they offer PICO and Chips unfortunately they do not. Yet the food presentation was good and the customer service was friendly.
Would definitely come again.
I ordered 2 steak and 1 beef taco through Uber eats yesterday. It was my 1st time ordering from here so I was skeptical and low expectations. The tacos were good!! Tastey, quality, and not small! There were leftovers for the next day. I have no complaints so far! Thank you!!
Downside, the steak was a little greasy and didn’t care for the sauces, but it’s definitely worth it. I check them out again.
I ordered ground beef nachos, but was given fatty, flavorless steak instead. The chips were stale, the meat was full of fat, and the entire meal was inedible. When I called to complain, the young lady on the phone didn’t apologize and said there was nothing they could do.
I went up to the restaurant in person, expecting at least some professionalism. Instead, the same young lady laughed in my face with the cook standing right there. She refused to refund my money, remake the order, or call a manager. Her excuse? That because I had “touched the food” they couldn’t remake it. That is absolutely ridiculous. I had already gone home hoping to enjoy a meal I’d been looking forward to, only to be served something I didn’t order.
On top of that, the cook admitted he didn’t want to cook the beef because “it’s going to take a lot.” Excuse me? If you were out of ground beef, why not tell me up front? Why not use the chicken I originally asked for and was willing to pay extra for? Instead, I spent $50 for stale chips and fatty steak that nobody in my family could eat.
After checking reviews, I saw other customers had the same complaint about the fatty steak — so this isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s an ongoing issue.
What makes this worse is the restaurant’s reply to complaints. They say: “Please if you do have an issue like this, bring it up immediately as we would have offered to remake your order and refund your money. We aim to please our customers.” This is not true. I called AND went up to the restaurant immediately, and I was refused a refund, refused a remake, and laughed at. Their response is not genuine or accurate — it’s just for show online.
This place is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and does not value customers. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money elsewhere.
