My wife and I had the pleasure of dining here and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight of our meal was definitely the El Pastor taco – it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great vibe of the place. If you’re a fan of Mexican cuisine, Caminos de Guanajuato is a must-try! I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes from their menu. Highly recommended!

If you are traveling through, do yourselves a favor and stop in Indio for a meal here! The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, prices are extremely fair, and the food and Salsas are on point!

If you are a local, I’m jealous. We don’t get this caliber of Mexican food in New Jersey.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. The food is outstanding. The prices are more than reasonable. We are absolutely obsessed with their homemade chips and salsa. Once you go, you are part of the family.

Had a phenomenal meal here. Amazing fresh food, really great service and incredibly reasonable pricing. We highly recommend the Al Pastor tacos (and all of their homemade salsas were fantastic). We wish we had come sooner in our vacation as we would have come back multiple times. Highly recommend for a light snack or a full meal.

What a spectacular find. We accidentally ended up in Indio looking for gas. We were hungry so we went on line and read the rave reviews of Caminos de Guanajuato. The reviews are richly deserved. Fabulous service by the woman in charge. She is so proud of her restaurant and the food – and rightly so. The food was wonderful. Even with a very generous tip, this was a bargain. So glad we found this hidden gem.

I had a burrito here and was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was filling, affordable, and delicious. Everyone working there was super kind and helpful. They even gave us some free snacks! If your looking for some delicious food and to support a local business this is a great pick. I’ll definitely be going back for more.

Tio and Nancy are so sweet to all the customers that come in to eat their food. The food is authentic and so good, the salsa is a secret family recipe that is out of the world. All good things come from this family. When you walk in the door you are a part of their family. I can’t say enough good things about them. They also have an amazing butcher shop on location. Go eat their food you will see. ❤️❤️❤️

I saw this place had 5 stars and decided to take my family. To start, the place is located next to a church that had better music than the restaurant. The restaurant has a musty smell to it. The service was not good, as the waitresses really didn’t know much about the menu. The carne Asada is really cheap meat and mostly made up of fat. The “shrimp” ceviche is mostly imitation crab. The tortilla chips were old and tough to eat. You could hear the cook struggling to understand the waitresses order. The chavela was decent, and the jaimaica water was from powder mix. Not as welcoming as the reviews lead you believe, and the food was definitely not authentic as stated in the reviews. Food was understandably priced. Not sure if it was our luck or just how it is at this place. Wish I could have the experience all the reviews shared.
