Not certain what the other reviews are on about, the food was delicious, the service was polite and fast, and parking was easy. I was in a hurry and it took me less time than it would’ve to go to a fast food place. I got the chicken quesadilla, and it was very filling. Do yourself a favor and support a local family owned restaurant with authentic cuisine!

I bought: 4 steak tacos, 2 burritos and 3 cokes. The total came up to $50 which was more expensive than I thought it was going to be based off prior reviews/menu photos.

I live in the neighborhood of where this taco truck is normally parked. This is the first time I have ever had a problem. The tacos were extremely greasy. I ate the first two because I thought the taste was coming from the lime, but my boyfriend who also got some tacos, told me how greasy his were which made me check my own and as you can see in the picture they were so greasy, you could taste the grease. You couldn’t even taste the meat of the taco, cilantro or lime in the corner of the container, there is a patch of dried grease , I called to let them know didn’t even ask for my money back and the guy that I spoke to made excuses saying they don’t make the cow. I explained to him that I’ve ate at the taco truck before and the tacos did not come out like this yet to make excuses and not take accountability Food services are lacking customer service good customer service is taking accountability when you are wrong not making the customer feel like they did something wrong because they have a complaint about the food. This will be my last time eating this truck and I will be letting friends and family know not to eat here , save your money go somewhere else thank me later

Our go to taco truck! We’re so happy they’re back! We usually go with the Taco Combo. We really like their barbacoa, pork and chicken. The rice and beans are delicious. Very generous portions for the price. We have also tried their Tortas and Corn in a Cup. Also good. We’ve had tacos from other taco trucks but we always come back to Camelias.

They serve them on double corn tortillas – which is the best, and they were huge! Lots of meat, big chunks of chicken, fresh lime and they gave me 2 kinds of sauce – green and a redish, and WOW….BOTH WERE DELICIOUS.
If you get the chance to stop at this taco truck DO IT! And how can you beat $3 a taco???????

I would say this is one of the best taco/burrito food truck in the STP,Maplewood,Oakdale area.
I have tried most of them all and alway come back to this one.
The steak are actual steaks, not ground beef, it has flavor and you can actually taste the flavor in the sauce.

I ordered 3 tacos and a steak quesadadilla. The tacos were great and the quesadilla was a very generous portion. The only thing I did not like was the cheese inside the quesadilla. It was made with pre-shredded “Mexican Fiesta” cheese that you would grab at Walmart. I would definitely go again and try other items.

Carnitas were half fat chunks and very little flavor.
Chicken I did not eat because it tasted like it was bad.
Barbacoa was ok but also had a lot of fat chunks.

I wasn’t much of a fan of the regular pork tacos as there wasn’t any flavor to it. Although, the steak and spicy pork tacos are definitely so good! The tortillas were so soft and tacos were big and loaded.
